Hotel amenities are new and therefore very clean and spacious, beds super comfy, the front desk staff great and very helpful. There was only one thing we didn't like: in our opinion the live music at the beach from Friday-Sunday was good but inappropriately loud from 2-4 p.m. (would rather be nice accompanying a sundowner). All in all we had an awesome stay!

Nachdem wir ein Zimmer bekommen haben mit Ausblick zur Straße und einem Klohäuschen, haben wir ein Upgrade für ein besseres Zimmer bezahlt. Da dies unsere Flitterwochen waren, wurden uns vom Hotelpersonal noch Annehmlichkeiten versprochen, die dann nach kurzer Wartezeit auf dem Zimmer sein sollten. Alles was wir dann aber gefunden haben, war ein dreckiges Hotelzimmer. Haare und Sand auf dem Boden, fleckige Bettwäsche und die Liegen auf der Terrasse so voll mit Flecken, dass wir sie nicht benutzt haben. Essen im Restaurant fanden wir einfach nur furchtbar. Da hab ich gar keine Worte für. Für ein vier Sterne Boutique Hotel hatten wir uns hier mehr erhofft.

Spacious and bright room with Ocean View. Nice beach area to realx, swim and watch the sunset Everything is still very new therefor in good shape. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Some of them are still in training but you could tell that they are really trying to provide a great service to their gueats. Only little minus from our site was the internet, which was quite slow.

Amazing location! Very restful and service was great!

The location was excellent, the beach front at this hotel is much nicer than other beachfronts in Isla Holbox. Proximity to town is a nice short walk. Staff is incredible from check-in to check-out. The bathrooms in the rooms are a little weird, and not ideal for travelers other than couples maybe.

Very unhappy with this hotel. They charged me twice and refused to pay back the money Filed a case with Expedia but was told the hotel refuses to transfer the money back and they have already collected my payment

Would highly recommend AGAINST booking this property due to their customer service Had to make changes in our reservation. Called the property straight for 2 days trying to make a simple date change. Kept on being transferred to their reservations team who never picked up the phone. Expedia also couldn’t reach them. Was told by multiple other people that they have passed the message on and that I would receive a call back, this never happened. These are expensive calls whilst abroad... In desperation (as I would have had no where to stay that night) I booked a extra night in the property and hoped to resolve the issue when I arrived. Upon arrival the reservations team changed the booking so I had 2 rooms for the same night and then refused point blank to refund the unneeded one. The hotel is not on the cheap side especially for Mexico (and especially for not including any breakfast) so this was a large loss. I also had hotel credit to use whilst at the property. Upon check out I was told that the food I ordered had not been processed correctly their side and therefore I had no choice but to pay for these items and if I wanted to use the credit I would have to order extra. I complained as the only reason I had ordered food at the hotel was because of this credit, it was 10:30 pm and I was leaving to get the ferry at 5:30am so no food was needed. 30 minutes later they folded and I had my bill correctly adjusted. Left extremely unhappy and out of pocket
