Great hotel for the price

Really good location - only 10 mins walk from train station, and 15 from Duomo. The room we were in was very clean, with a comfortable bed and a kettle! (Not very common on the continent)

Florence Stay

Great apartment, lots of room and storage for four people. The only complaint I have is the large bed's mattress needs to be replaced, high in the center and low on the edges. If you're not careful you may roll of the bed.

Nice personal and location but the room appears to be quite old, with also so insulation, from inside and outside the room. This includes for instance a single glass window, very difficult to close and that let all the noise form outside enter the room (fortunately the street is quite calm during night time). The towels were also not really clean and the masters quite old.

Wifi didn’t work in the property after requesting for it to be fixed. Bed was uncomfortable as it sunk your body into the mattress. No reception for the stay at all. However, staff were contactable via whatsapp and accommodated our request for an earlier check in. Location was very accessible for many restaurants, key point of tourism and train station.

The wireless internet was out for our entire stay so that wasn't great. Since there was no reception desk I had no idea how to resolve this issue. Other than that the room was nice. The beds were comfy and everything was relatively clean. It did get noisy in the early morning since our room faced the street but that can't be helped when staying in a city.

The check in process for this property is very restrictive and the property is not transparent about the costs. We were charged €30 to check in outside of a 3 hour window between 3pm and 6pm which is not standard for accommodation in cities like Florence and wasn’t declared up front in the check in instructions, but hidden in the terms and conditions. We were also advised that the later our check in was, the more we would be charged.

Office converted to rooms bathrooms are not been the drain water takes lot of rime to drain shower area and lot off rhubgs missing no space for soap and tooth brush and towels . air condition was very old so could cool the room . Despite called the manager she said it is very old , we Maintaines is required ....

The property was ok. The staff is horrible. Their checkin system didn’t work and in stead of working with me, they simply said “Do everything online or you will have to walk to our main office or you can’t checkin”. Not very helpful when traveling. There is no one on the property if you have an issue. There is no light in the stairway unless you find the switch in the dark. Not a very pleasant experience.

This place is incredibly difficult to find. There are multiple same numbers on the same street and Google takes you to the wrong “23”. The check-in instructions say to type in “black” into Google maps, but that doesn’t actually work. The check-in instructions should say you need to go to the black “23” and need to provide better directions! Once finally inside the property (it was nice and clean) there was literally no sound barrier. You can hear every footstep outside (this is worse than other city centre places I’ve stayed in Florence). In the morning, we had staff banging on our door making sure we checked out right on time - which we found very rude.

Great location, simple facilities

The room is one of 7 in an apartment. It’s dated but reasonably priced and in a great location. The codes for the door really confused some guests so we had people buzzing at different times of day because they didn’t understand how to get in. We asked for a late check-in (quite expensive) which meant we were met on site,which was easy, but surely the door codes could be used 24/7. With the weird check-in process you can’t leave your luggage which is a pain but the station has a service for 6 euros per bag for 4 hrs. The room was a decent size as was the bathroom with supplies of towels, tea bags, loo rolls and an ironing board you could help yourself to. The power sockets were very irregular and pretty’s scared so we found ourselves juggling what we could charge at any one time. There’s a kettle and a small fridge which was a real bonus for keeping milk and cold drinks. We had an issue with mosquitos and got nibbled a bit. It wasn’t till we were leaving we found the plug-in repellant! Overall not a bad choice if your looking for no frills.

The room was adequate. My main issue was with the service. Everything is offsite and no contact in person. Further, they insist on checking being between only 3 PM and 6 PM. We were traveling by car and it was very difficult to get there in that timeframe because we were coming from Venice. Please read their guidelines carefully before booking. It can get confusing and cause delays for tired Travellers. I arrived, and was given the wrong code to open the apartment door. I was able to reach them immediately over the phone, but I had to keep running outside to get the code because there’s absolutely no service inside the building. The Wi-Fi is very poor and inconsistent. After figuring out how to get me into the apartment, things went more smoothly. Another thing that really made this stay negative was that I plugged in my iPhone charger into the outlet upon arrival, and after about 10 minutes, the power went out completely in the entire room. They discussed troubleshooting it over WhatsApp. The power came back, but my charger no longer worked. I had to go buy a new iPhone charger which is expensive. It was especially difficult to find one that didn’t have a European plug-in. I asked them to compensate me for destroying my charger and they refuse to do so. The amenities in this room are sufficient for the price, but I can’t imagine how frustrated I would’ve then if the power was out for longer or if the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. Id pass on this hotel.

Fantastisk beliggenhed lige i udkanten af den gamle bydel. Lidt gammelt og slidt, men rent og pænt. Morgenmaden var lidt kedelig, men blev serveret på værelset af den venligste og mest hjælpsomme receptionist.

Bien placé mais laisse à désirer

Si l'emplacement est idéal, le reste de l'hôtel reste à désirer. Parfait pour avoir un pied à terre à 5/15 min de toutes les attractions les plus célèbres de Florence. En revanche ne vous fiez pas à l'annonce : Pas de parking gratuit, ni même de parking disponible en réalité... Petit déj continental... Pas vraiment plutôt un service de chambre avec un choix que nous avons trouvé très limité. Vous devez commander votre petit déjeuner chaque soir et ils vous sera déposé devant la porte de votre chambre le lendemain. Chambre confortable oui, spacieuse oui, malodorante non, en revanche très bruyante surtout au niveau du couloir où l'on entend tout... Le réceptionniste est fort agréable, disponible par message et accueillant. En somme une chambre adaptée à ceux qui veulent juste être proche de toutes commodités et qui arrivent par d'autre moyen que leur propre véhicule.
