Good place to know
The apartment is very well located, clean, with many amenities and the communication is excellent. They also have a virtual assistant that works very well. The only uncomfortable point is the noise outside, it is a neighborhood of bars and you can hear people until very late in the morning.

Would not recommend
The toilet wouldn’t flush without having to open the tank and flushing it that way. The water kept flowing so we also had to figure out how to make it stop. The sofa bed would creak with every movement, and the aircon made noise. The room was very cold and drafty.
