Las Olas Guesthouse at 15th Avenue

I was very disappointed with my stayed at the Las Olas guesthouse. The actual rooms are not flattering at all the carpet was torn the bed was on a metal frame that kept moving and squeaking the headboard was not even attached to it. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything your neighbor is doing.The pool looked nice at night, but dirty so we didn’t get in. There were several Lizards In our room we had to get out ourselves. The pictures on the website does the place justice but in real life of clothes it resembles more of a motel. It is close to the beach which is great but that’s all I can really say on the positive end.

Quiet and relaxing pool. Centrally located only a few minutes from the strip.

We had a wonderful one night stay at your guesthouse! The room was clean and comfortable and your property is a tropical hideaway in the middle of the city! When we opened the gate to the property it took our breath away! It was centrally located to everything we needed in our short stay. The next time we are in Ft Lauderdale we will definitely be staying at the Las Olas Guesthouse!! And a big shout out to your staff...they were awesome and friendly.

It is hard to find from the road because its hidden behind a fence. Its clean and has everything you need. The beds are hard and we woke up sore. It could use some remodeling and a face lift and the breakfast, I would barely call a breakfast. A few selections of cereal, yogurt and packets of oatmeal is all you get. But for the price in Fort Lauderdale, it's worth it. I would just not say it's wonderful. I think they can do a better job especially because they only have a total of 7 rooms available to book.

I was pleased to find that although my room was on the 2nd floor the stairs were very easy to navigate. The room was quiet and pleasant and had a frig and microwave which I didn't have time to use. I will certainly consider staying there again when I visit family (5 blocks away)

The hotel was so cute and it was a really great stay! The pictures are accurate, the self check in was extremely easy, the shower was nice and hot, the hotel was really clean. The only thing that was a little off, was our room was really humid. It had just rained, but it seemed to be a little much. I would definitely stay here again, if I'm ever in the area.

The actual hotel and rooms were nice. The area however was a little sketchy. The parking at the hotel is extremely limited, so unfortunately you have to park at an adult store called hustlers down the street. The rooms were nice, but I don’t know if I would stay again due to the area.

Excellent place ! We were very well received at the reception. Quiet and relaxing garden. 30 minutes walking from the beach + beach chairs and umbrella are provided.

Small is beautiful. The easiest check in ever. Will return.
