I paid an extra $50 to check in 2 hours earlier and the host was late, people at the front desk told me they can’t check me in, “you have to wait for your host”. The elevators were terrible and scary. I pressed 15th floor and it took me to the 50th floor where it’s abandoned and and I tried to get back down through the elevator but it never opened back up for me. I had to take the stairs all the way down because my girlfriend got stuck. Our room seemed fine at first but realized a lot of furniture was damaged and chipped and when I took a shower I grabbed a towel and there was long black hairs wrapped in the towel and check the others and they also had hair in it!! Then we checked around and really started to notice how dirty the place was, the pillows had stains in it, dryer had gum and hair in it, and we wanted to contact someone about it but no answer. I complained the next day and they acted like I was a lair. Don’t waste your time and money coming here. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Nothing “luxurious” about this place. It’s a scam
