War sehr schön und ruhig 👍 aussicht auf dem Balkon war sehr schön👍

Schöne Zimmer, sehr sauber, sehr nettes Personal und guter Standort

Tolle Frühstücksauswahl, leider zu wenige Tische vorhanden daher kam es zu Wartezeiten

neu renoviert - es fehlen noch ein paar Bilder, es wirkt teilweise auf den Gängen und Zimmern noch etwas kühl. Heizkörper hätte man auch streichen können. Restaurant und Frühstücksraum sehr schön und gemütlich - Frühstück war top - incl der WMF Kaffeemaschine Sauna ist klein / es hat ein Ski Raum gefehlt

Sie waren stets bemüht, alkerdings waren dif Zimmer ohne Virhänge und ohne Klima, sehr heiss und mit Dachschräge fast überall, Lift ldaurrt eeig durch Stubenmädchen

Durch die zentrale Lage sind die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ideal zu erreichen.

The property has very nice amenities and is in an excellent location with close walking distance to many restaurants and a short drive to tourist sites. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating! Our room was very spacious and clean (although it was a bit outdated), and had a beautiful view overlooking the river. WiFi worked really well, and they have power adapters/converters you can borrow at the front desk. Breakfast was great, ample parking was available, & the pool was really nice!

The reception experience when we arrived was horrible. The young lady was very short with us, and not friendly. We were booked in the apartments and had difficulty getting into the building and room. We could find the room and the key was not working properly. I went back to ask for assistance and she was very condescending and rude with her response. I explained the situation a 2nd time, and her response was worse. There was never any offer for someone to assist us in anyway. In the morning we had a totally different experience. Breakfast was fabulous and the woman who checked us out was extremely hospitable. It's a lovely hotel in a great location. They should be more aware of the people that employ who are greeting guests as she gave us an extremely poor first impression.

Great location, great room with a balcony and most of the staff was so wonderful. The reception staff was so kind and helpful. I had a misunderstanding with the breakfast staff. I made a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and was going to take it with me. It's certainly not what is said but how it is said. If I was kindly informed, that food may not leave the breakfast area or it had to be paid for, I would have understood and "followed the rules." But a young man said "you must pay!" I said ok, I'm sorry, I will leave it. Then a female employee said NO you must take it or pay for it. So, I said ok, I will stay and eat it. I ate a few bites and left. Such an unfortunate ending to my otherwise wonderful stay.

Great property walking distance to many places. The apartments are cute and cozy
