After a night out having dinner decided to stay at this hotel, because the convenience, had stay once before and it was very noisy, this time we specifically asked not to face the street so we had a quite room, but for our surprise! It was worse, loud mechanical noise all night long, We called in the middle of the night to get a different room, but apparently it was full ( how is this possible with covid regulations), we were so tired in the morning we complained at the front desk and they basically didn’t care, we asked to talk to a manager and was not available, the guy at the front desk said “ If you are looking for a refund we don’t give Refunds”. Really!!!!!! That was his solution, never staying here again.
Great place. Great staff. Clean. Will be back.
I booked with the app for 47 dollars and when I get to the property I was charge 65 dollars.
Always a good choice.
Loved this place. Very reasonably priced. Easy check-in and a perfect space for a night’s rest. Upset that I’ve been coming to TJ for years and wasted money and nerve on far inferior facilities.
It was good, but I needed a mini fridge.Because of the size of the string cheese and roast chicken I got at the Soriana's.
Stairs no elavators
The room had no windows made it real stuffy . But overall for that price you can't beat it.
This is a historic boutique hotel that has been remodeled to perfection. The room's are small because of the age of the building but its Comfortable. The restaurant downstairs is amazing and no need to drive or Uber. Since its centrally located and Uber eats is available with many choices. No elevator but the bell staff happily bring your luggage to your room. They also have a mini store with water and drinks also hygiene items. During my childhood 40 years ago we would stay here. In amazed at the improvements I highly recommend if you are looking for nice hotel on Revolution. Staffed 24 hours making it extremely safe
Room wasn’t as pictured on Hotels.com. The shower was beyond tiny. As was the room. Basically a king size bed in a doll house sized room. No breakfast/room service/glasses. But at least it had hot water and the room was clean.
