Great experience staying at this beautiful home that is nicely designed. Home has a high end feel with everything you need. Host left snacks and any travel necessities you may have forgotten. House is in a quiet neighborhood in a good location. My husband and I enjoyed our stay, we highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home had been beautifully renovated. The owners are amazing. They leave a bowl full of items that you may have forgotten to pack, as well as, check in with you to see if there’s anything needed. Great location if you’re headed to Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton National Park or looking to enjoy the Idaho Falls area. We loved the Idaho Falls Greenbelt, great place to bike, walk or jog.

The property was extremely clean, matched all pictures as shown on the website. The house was very quiet and peaceful. Great location, right by town and tons of food options less than 5 min away! We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend for a couple retreat! We had a little trouble with the door code, but Katie answered on the first phone call and were able to get us squared away with no problems at all! Great management and a wonderful little house!

This place was great. Different from the norm, I felt like I was staying in a luxury suite without all the hassle and noise of a hotel. The owner was great, made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again and will be my first choice, hands down.

We loved it ! Katie ( the owner ) was great to work with. We found the unit to be very comfortable and in a very clean and safe location. Could probably use a screen door and ceiling fan to circulate the fresh Idaho air but not a deal killer. We are coming back for the month of August to get out of the Vegas heat. Definitely recommend this place !

This was a cute, well decorated and blingy little house. It barely accommodates 2 people. I think the house in newer on VRBO and needs to be a little better equipped. It needs a second night table in the BR. I must say that the bed was very comfortable. It needs some towel bars in the bath. It needs some lamps in the living room. . In the evening when we wanted to sit and visit or watch TV, there were only overhead lights with no dimmer switches. The kitchen was modern with nice appliances. But it does need to be better stocked with cooking supplies. We were much happier to be in this small house than we would have been in a hotel. The neighborhood was nice and safe.

Property owner was very easy to work with and very responsive. The house was very beautiful, everything has been updated. It’s a cozy little house, perfect for my little family. Close to a lot of places to eat. I highly recommend this house.

This little property is perfectly situated to the freeway and it is quick to get around to various restaurants, coffee shops, and to the Island Park River Walk. The freeway runs right behind the house however you cannot hear any road noise inside the house. There is a nice big tree in the front yard and one in the backyard as well and the yard is very green. There is a fence separating the yard from the greenbelt, freeway and the property next door but the yard is not fully enclosed. The neighborhood is quiet and this little gem is nestled at the end of the street as the street curves. The house is very well appointed, very modern inside with new appliances, flooring, and furnishings. I would recommended slippers or thick socks as the tile floor does get cold. The Owners are little ninjas, you never see or hear them but you know they're there because you'll find the sprinklers turned on from time to time. They don't disturb you at all. I highly recommend this place if you're staying in Idaho Falls. We did take a day trip to Jackson Hole, Wyoming. It was a lovely drive with curvy roads, little over 2 hours away. I also recommend doing a stroll around the river walk about three miles from the house. Beautiful photo opportunities and a nice place to stretch your legs.
