Playabachata Resort - All Inclusive

We were very pleased surprised with our stay at this resort. Lots of people gave bad reviews of the resort. What i think its not fair. Only the food was not very good on the week days. The food is much better on the weekends because at the weekends lots of people are staying at the resort. Lots of domestic people come and stay here. At least that is my experience. We stayed from Thursday till Saturday but we took one extra day till Sunday.

It was great. Food was delicious and the attention good. The fix the room every day. Tha animation was great. Perfect.

I didn’t like the fact the the room wasn’t clean enough, the air conditioner wasn’t working to its capacities. The shower handle wasn’t working. The tv images where going from color to black & white. The food wasn’t all that. I got sick the first night. I still made the best of it because I was with my spouse and we try to enjoy ourselves regardless of where we stay.

The most bad experience in my life visiting resort’s every year I visit about 2 or 3 resorts but playa bachata was the bad on the list, mosquitos every where and the food service is very limite , but the most bad situation was in the entrance of of the hotel, I arrived 10 minutes before 3 pm and they do no give me access to the location, but when I lef the hotel they stop me to inspet the car. That was ofenceve for me after the most terrible hotel stayed in my life

What I didn’t like was that it was only one restaurant available and the food selection was poor. The menu didn’t changed much from day to day. The waiter we had was great.

Excellent custumer service. Food was great. I can not say anything bad about this place.

Some Waiters and servers could be more pleasant. They were a bit too tense and seemed like they didn't like their job

Our stay was not as expected, we had an inside when one of the kids did not feel good to get up and go for breakfast with the family, he is old enough to stay by himself in the room. So we all when for breakfast but him, and we ask for a plate to take some breakfast to the room for the child so the employee said that we were not allowed to take the plate out of the place that we need to take the food wrapped in napkins. That was the worst thing I ever heard, not even to take it to a DOG, I offered to purchased the plate if that was the problem, them they offered a plastic plate . This property did not meet my expectation nor my family. We will not recommend it to none of our friends and family. Dora V.

Worst Resort I’ve ever been to. First of all, No variety of food! not many options! Food super cold and missing taste. The drinks were horrible. I payed for a twin bed room with the intention of separating the beds from each other, couldn’t do that at this resort because the rooms are so small you can’t move nothing! The rooms are super hot, apparently they only have fans. Theres nothing to do in this resort, no entertainment worth watching! Bring your own food, You might get REALLY hungry! Trust me, I’m dominican I know! Other than the pool Everything was 0/10 there! I wanted to try this hotel because ive never been to this one, and I just have to say that it’s my first and last time going there. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! NEVER AGAIN! NEED TO WORK ON THAT FOOD AND THOSE ROOMS! all we could do was sleep, we were ready to leave the first day we got there.
