Mayan Monkey Hotel & Hostel Cancun

Modern hostel with beautiful private rooms. We loved everything there. Alejandro and team from the reception were really friendly and helpful. Would come again definitely! :)

Super schönes Hostel. Die Zimmer und das ganze Haus sind sehr sauber (es wird ständig geputzt). Die Betten selber haben Vorhänge die einem im Schlafsaal mehr Privatsphäre bieten. Das Frühstück bietet alles was man brauch (frisches Obst, Eier, Kellogg’s, Toast und Joghurt). Tagsüber und abends gibt es auch Programm. Die Aussicht auf die Bucht ist grandios. Kann das Hostel allen die alleine oder auch mit mehreren verreisen empfehlen!

Nnette bar,gutes Frühstück ,strand über die Straße ,hostel raus und links geht es in 5 min zu Fuß zum partyhotspot ,gegenüber eine nette Kneipe mit super Burritos und guter Musik

Everything was pretty great about my stay at the Mayan monkey! The host very very helpful immediately when I needed a new lock for my locker. My only dislikes would be these two things: Both usb ports in the plug receptacle in my bed space were broken/non functional So it took much longer for me to charge my devices. Secondly, and this has nothing to do with the hotel, would be the other clients snoring quite loudly all night. I had a very early flight and did not get sleep on my final night! Again this is something that the client who snores so loudly should consider, because while they sleep like a baby, some people don’t sleep at all. Asides from that, the Mayan monkey is a fun place full of fun people! 5 minutes to walk to the beach, And 5 minutes to walk to the coco bongo and many other attractions I will hope to stay here again

This is my 2nd stay at the Mayan Monkey and loved every second of it. Reception works very hard to get everything you need, the bartenders are quick and hard working yet remain in good spirits all night. David the tour guy is friendly and fun, and the game nights get everyone going, and getting to know eachother. Really great place 👍👍👍

I stood in the suite and it was absolutely amazing. Def going to return. Everyone was very nice and willing to serve you in whatever you needed.

It was really nice , perfect location, right on hotel zone , David was amazing and gave us some tips , room was nice and clean only thing there is no elevator so prepare to bring up your luggage on stairs .

reception and housekeeping and bartenders and managers are super friendly clean room and bed ..respectful roomates...and this is my 5th time stsying here and wont be my last

Front desk was great. We enjoyed our room, it was spacious and gave us two independent areas. The view was lovely. We would recommend the hotel add an additional trashcan outside the bathroom and a full size mirror. There was work being done in the hotel; one of the areas closed was the kitchen so breakfast was next door. That wasn't a problem, but the breakfast was not good. Luckily there are some eateries right across the street. Would stay again.
