Planet Hollywood Beach Resort Costa Rica - All Inclusive

Wow i am so amazed at this hotel . As soon as you walk in planet Hollywood they make you feel like a celebrity . There is a red carpet and welcome drinks . They take photos of you . This is a newer resort so it’s up to date unlike the other hotels Ive visited in Costa Rica . I am a frequent international traveler and have been to many all inclusive resorts and i must say this is my favorite so far . The food was sooo good . Very seasoned fresh . And they had a variety. I don’t know if it was because of Covid that the food was so good, but i hope after when it gets busy the food is just as good . The lobby has the best drinks .Vermond makes the best drinks . Fresh fruit , herbs , spices , etc . I must say i have never had drinks this good . Maria Jose was very nice and helpful . Also our drive Jeff was soo cool and very informative . You can’t go Wrong with this hotel. My only complaint is i wish they had an adults only section . There was a silent party that was very chill, but if it wasn’t Covid and adults only to would have been better

Stayed for New Year at Planet Hollywood! The resort is beautiful! Food is ok ! I didn’t like the restaurants! It takes too long to serve the food! I preferred the buffet! The beach is not that great ! Sand is black! They need to work on their customer service! Everything takes too long!

Reading ugly comments from locals in facebook, I was doubtfull. Anyhow was the only vacation plan for the year so we decided to go...It was great from start till the end. We had superb expedia support from Benny 24/7, she was always available to provide us information and help us with the restaurant bookings (food is great). We stay in the small pool avoiding crowds and the bartenders and waitress were always in top of us: food, drinks, towels. Beach wáter is calm and sun all the way.

Our Star Class host Henry was fantastic. He made it a truly amazing trip. Going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and happy at every turn. Property is spotless and food was consistently great. Would highly recommend and stay again in the future.

I really enjoyed the entertainment and breakfast buffet. The pool needed a little more attention and the food could use more flavor (but presentation was beautiful). The staff were all kind and helpful!

Great facility with updated amenities. The staff were not so friendly, resturant reservation was not seemless and they always tried to give us tables outside in 90+ degree weather even after requesting to sit inside. It was also hard to get a server to bring you drink by the pool. Food was above average compared to most other resorts.

The only issue I had with the property was the food.... The Asian place is the best option for dinner if you want special stuff and Tex mex breakfast. Costa Rica does that have pretty beaches so don’t get your expectations up. I will definitely come back a million times

Loved the beach, everything is close, a bit hilly but transportation is always available and staff is super friendly.
