We booked the Victoria due to it having an option for a dog being pet friendly.
Upon arriving, we were told that we had to pay $20 to have the dog stay although there was nothing of this stated in the booking. The reason was for cleaning, and in essence we have no problem with this, however when the room we stayed in was pathetically dirty, then we have an issue.
The hotel is located directly opposite a busy pub and also the coal train line so the noise was as if a train is directly in your room all night.
The living room was ok, but a whole family booked the other rooms and left no space for us.
Disappointed and would not recommend.
