Do not stay at this property. Not a hotel but rooms in the basement. Very deceiving from the outside and photos provided. When we arrived we immediately called a Travelocity agent who directed us to leave and notify the owner and that we would receive a full refund. Still sorting this through with Travelocity said the owner said me and my 3 friends checked in, stayed for a while and had a shower. This definitely was not the case. Me, 64, and my wife, 63, sat in the bed and made the calls to Travelocity. To date no refund from the owner for a one night stay that was definitely overpriced and not in the condition as expected from the photos. STAY AWAY!!!! Do not book with this hotel!

Great location. Very easy to walk to most attractions just wear good walking shoes. Communication was really good. The area felt safe lots of great restaurants within 10 minutes. Self check in was easy and convenient. The room was lovely the only negative was the shower which was either really hot or cold but otherwise it was a great stay.

Place was cleans and staff was friendly. Staff is only available from about 7 am to noon. Other tgan that you have to communicate through message and wait until they respond. It was cold un the room and bedding was very thin. Hallway of hotel was very small so you can hear everything and everyone. Even people from other rooms.

First-time visiting Italy

This hotel excels in cleanliness and security, with comfortable beds and thorough safety measures including surveillance cameras and several secure doors to get in to the hotel. Despite some street noise, typical for Rome, and a slightly delayed check-in process that required temporary luggage storage, the overall experience was very positive. Keep in mind that early check-in may not be available. We arrived in Rome at 8 a.m. so I would suggest getting there a bit later around 10 or so. I would happily stay here again.

This hotel is in the perfect location for us. It was right in the middle of most of the “touristy” activities we wanted to do. About 15-20 minutes walk from all main points: Vatican, Trevi fountain, the Piazzas, shopping, etc. you’re less than a 10 minute walk from good food. People say to avoid the food near the tourist spots, but honestly we found it to usually be better than what we found further away. Our room in the hotel was very comfortable with AC, good water pressure, and a comfortable bed. It felt very safe. There were 3-4 steps to access the rooms-not a problem for us, just good to know. The only two downsides were the street outside the hotel was too noisy to sleep with the window open, but with it shut you didn’t hear much, and the water was difficult to get to the right temperature in the shower. Those two things were so small though, especially with everything else being wonderful! We would stay here again if coming back to Rome.

Clean and newly renovated, we enjoyed our stay. There are only 5 rooms on the one floor and each room is unique. Ours was newly renovated and very clean, although very small. Check in was easy, someone greeted us and connected us to the owner or manager who spoke English and guided us through the process. We checked in during the morning which made it easier than nighttime check in I imagine. The shower was good altho no shelf to put shampoo & soap etc. The bed was comfortable (we had a queen size) but there was little room for our bags in the room. My biggest complaint was the noise as the hotel is right next to a busy street. I wore earplugs which solved the problem. The air conditioner was rather noisy so we opened the window, but with scaffolding on the outside of the building I was concerned for safety reasons. Luckily it’s a safe neighborhood so all was good. Convenient location, busy area, close to many sights. We would stay here again and highly recommend, also a good value.

Comfortable but minor niggles

After a slightly difficult start due to translation issues, our stay was very comfortable with excellent beds that were needed after all the walking we fidxaround the city each day. Only two very minor points to mention that the history may be able to improve. 1. After telling the cleaners we did not need our room cleaning on our first day, they then did not clean our room for the remainder of our stay. 2. There was no power socket anywhere near the kettle so we had to clear one of the bedside tables each morning in order to had a suitable location for it to make tea. There were also no teaspoons to make tea/coffee.

Do NOT stay at this “hotel”. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It says it is a “luxury inn”, this is the furthest thing from luxury. The pictures are deceiving, they do not represent what the room is like at all. The room was small, dirty and the walls are paper thin. No one on site to speak with. I would compare this room to a low budget hostel. If you want comfort, cleanliness and a nice place to stay DO NOT stay here.

The pictures and description of this hotel on Expedia are completely deceiving. It is not a luxury property ar all! The room are very small, air conditioning doesn’t work and we mentioned it to the off site staff their response was “you don’t know how to work the remote”. It’s in a very hard to find location, no staff on site, in the basement so VERY noisy I heard everyone’s conversations in the other rooms are walls are so thin. I definitely would not recommend this “luxury” hotel.

Ok room! A bit a expensive for what it was, close to the road and we had a homeless guy shout from our window. There was mold, but i don't know if it was to be expected in these old buildings? Definitely bring earplugs, or else it is very hard to sleep. Room is a bit small, but there's all you need in there. You can also ask for more soap, since they only give small packets. Definitely need to download whatsapp and call/text the owners first so you know how to enter (we searched a little, it was our fault). Overall was a good stay.
