We have chosen this hotel because of free parking option. The parking is just in front of the main entrance and is decent. The reception service is nice, the receptionists are helpful and polite. The same cannot be said about the staff at the restaurant. They are rude, impolite and inattentive. They just put some junk food on your tsble and disappear. They do not react to your orders, meaning that they bring what they want and go away. The food quality is below the average: coffee is bad, no meat, no cheese, no fruits, no hot food. I have never been to a 4* hotel with such low breakfast quality (corresponding to 2*). The rooms are well maintained, room service is good and the pool area is ok. Still, does not meet the standards of a 4* hotel, therefore my recommendation is to choose from other options, unless parking is your main necessity.

Nice place on the top of the mountain

We stayed 2 nights in a cottage. It was pretty quiet and clean. A little far from main attractions but we want to have a free parking so you can't have it all.

The hotel was not a real 4*. What made it so was the pool and pretty, well kept garden. It was spotlessly clean and the staff were super, very helpful. Breakfast, although plentiful and some of the items very good, the fruit juices were not pure and the coffee from a machine was revolting . There were no tissues in the room, no bottle opener and a plug socket did not work. The wash basin was slightly blocked and when leaving very early for the airport, there was no water as the pump had been turned off. The garden that was over looked from our balcony was unkempt, as were parts of the back of the building. In my view it was not cared for as it should have been. Oh and reception for WiFi was non existent the higher up the rooms were. Very basic hotel

We had the 2 bed apartment called Stella. It was lovely and typically Italian. We love the town and although the hotel it is at the top of the hill for us it wasn't s problem. We go in to town 2 or 3 times a day and get great fresh produce to cook back at the apartment to eat on or patio. Would definitely return.

Not as advertised

”panoramic” balcony room not as advertised. Really they call this a balcony... could only accommodate a single cheap plastic chair where only one person could sit. When you advertise “panoramic”...you should deliver...

The stay was fine - and breakfast was included in our pricing. The breakfast was average though - with replenishment of eatables taking inordinately long. The property location is not far from the town centre - and local transportation. Cons - They charge 2 Euros (per towel) for borrowing towels at the pool. This is not advised at the time of borrowing the towels - though it is mentioned in the fine print.

Lovely hotel a short distance from Sorrento

We were let down by a well know American site that provides bed and breakfast platform, their specialist support and the host, meaning that we were unable to stay in the accommodation that we had booked for 4 nights. Very fortunately, this hotel provide a 24 hour concierge so we rolled up there at 3am. We ended up staying our entire 4 nights at this hotel. The hotel has sea views from both directions. It is charming with polite friendly staff a beautiful carefully tended garden and swimming pool and pizzeria. Parking was freely available in the hotel's private car park, which is a massive bonus in this part of Italy :-) :-) Breakfast was included, there was a good selection of cereal, fruit, yoghurt, breads, scrambled eggs, sausage and streaky bacon, and pastries. The rooms were clean and ours had a good sized balcony. The location just outside Sant' Agata sui Due Golfi. It was a short walk to this small busy town, not too touristy, with many locals and walking distance of some great coves for sea swimming. Buses are to Sorrento are easily available.

Bon emplacement pour visiter la région

Assez déçues à notre arrivée car l’hôtel n'est pas ces petits cottages que vous voyer en illustration mais c'est un immeuble assez standard et sans charme. Ensuite beaucoup de points positifs : grand parking gratuit, bon petit déjeuner servi a table (manquent les œufs car uniquement des œufs durs froids), une très bonne propreté, une douche absolument géniale (grande pratique propre avec une bonne pression), les chambres sont agréables, un peu plus loin un accès à une piscine (semble être un établissement distinct de l’hôtel ? ) avec quelques transats, une excellente situation pour visiter la région à un prix raisonnable ... Les moins : eh bien justement le coté immeuble sans charme, le minuscule balcon aligné aux autres, on ne se sent pas vraiment dans un quatre étoiles !

Il check-in era alle 14 e il check-out alle 10, una camera gittata per meno di 24 ore, la camera era vecchia e nemmeno lontanamente simile alle foto che ci sono sul sito, nonostante avevo prenotato una deluxe, la Signorina alla reception non sapeva cosa dire e non ha nemmeno tentato di cambiarci stanza.
