Great hotel will be coming back

Fantastic place - great variety of things to do with our 5 yr old boy - great kids club - amazing service...

The Hotel is incredible!!! They picked us up at the airport and it was included. As soon as you get to Hotel Xcaret, it explores your five senses with an amazing view, delicious tiny popsicles, refreshing small wet towels, a unique scent (the hotel always smells like Maracuya), and beautiful music in the lobby! They welcomed us "home" early for our first day ("welcome home" is their greeting), and for our last day they allowed us to stay there until it was time to go to the airport (0730 pm), and their bus took us there for no extra pay. Everybody was so nice and helpful all the time. And just remembering the food!!! I think I gained weight because I couldn't stop eating marquesitas!!! For breakfast, the restaurant BIO has a delicious avocado toast to compliment with a very spicy habanero salsa. For lunch we just loved the Trajinera with an amazing buffet with great variety of high quality sea food dishes. Also, we could not stop eating the cochinita pibil taquitos with spicy salsa (I'm mexican, I eat spicy). These taquitos were located outside the Mercado de la Merced restaurant, and this restaurant happens to look like a real mercado. And for dinner, I would recommend the restaurant Las Cuevas, which is like a Brazilian style steakhouse, and the settings are real Caves!! Beautiful, romantic and delicious!! Wait, best part of the hotel: ALL XCARET PARKS ARE INCLUDED!! We can't wait to go back!!!

Location, design, landscaping, experiences, dining, amenities and everything! This place delivers the best family and adult experiences in a beachfront setting. You can’t go wrong it’s worth every dollar spent.

Amazing place

The hotel is ok restaurants food good but need more variety, definitely the hotel need to improve the check in, and training the personal better, because the lady the make me and my family check in, not know what she was doing our bracelets of my wife,sister daughter and my not was activated, and after several hours of travel is real bad have to deal with something like that

The hotel is gorgeous, the staff is amazing, and the food is unbelievably good for an all inclusive. I am Unhappy about how deceptive they are about the parks and tours. There is 9 that we are all advertised. Well 4 are closed since Covid they say. Then 2 are already fully booked. So we have access to 3 parks. Then at those parks the activities you want to do are all extra charges and not small fees talking hundreds of dollars.

Hotel Xcaret and Xcaret Group made an amazing stay for everyone who wants to visit the Riviera Maya, no only the hospitality but also all the precautions and safety measures are in place, so if you are traveling with your family, couple, or friends, you will always feel safe during these Covid times. All restaurants are really good and every single place of this hotels is stunning, I recommend to upgrade or try to get a room in Casa Fuego, this one is a really something else, from all the benefits 'adults only' the rooftop pool view, the restaurant, etc. The parks are also great, some of them even better than what you can spect in Disney, safety measures of really high level and all the fun still included. The only issue I see is around the membership 'timeshare', they should be really straight forward with details, so if you are not interested in getting their membership or invest some money in a long time relationship with the hotel, is better for everybody know first instead of waste at least 4 hours of your stay on all the info they have there, I really suggest them to be really transparent and clear with details of their benefits of getting these memberships, there are way too many people saying the same and for a 5 stars hotel, this is really important to get fixed.

Over priced. And the food was not great. I would expect more for the price we paid for the room. I would rate this a 4 star max, definitely NOT a 5 star hotel

We loved the beautiful hotel and how they have gorgeous plants everywhere, it truly feels like you are in the middle of the jungle. The service was amazing and food was incredible!
