Our first impression was not good from the get-go. The minute we entered into the building, it smelled very musty. And of course, we discovered that the garbage cans were stored on the bottom floor which probably contributed to the smell. Gabriel was nice and accommodating. He was very helpful so our spirits were lifteduntil we entered the unit we were going to stay in. Again, it smelled VERY musty! The place looked clean but smelled bad! The couch was soiled. So I took some of my disinfecting wipes and started deodorizing the place! It helped a little. I looked for a sheet to cover the couc. I found a duvet with a cover. The cover smelled VERY musty so I placed it in the washer for a good cleaning! Given this, I checked the towels and our beddings. The bedsheet and duvet cover were clean but NOT the pillow covers! They were VERY musty too so I also placed them in the washer! This is something I shouldn’t have had to do but I had no choice! We could not use/sleep on those dirty and smelly pillow cases nor sit on a soiled couch One more thing. They only gave us one set of bath towels. We stayed there for 6 days, they should have given us at least 2 sets. So I had to wash them after a 2–3 days.

very happy, super central, has everything you need. the only issue is the air conditioner which is a bit irregular, otherwise everything was 10/10

Excellent location and nice apartment. Although check-in was later than expected (4pm), they were flexible over check out, which made up for it. Fully stocked kitchen and generally pleasant place to stay, within walking distance of everything we were planning to visit. The local area is also lively with tons of great bars and restaurants, as well as supermarkets and bakeries if you don't fancy eating out. Would stay here again.

Fabulous location. So close to everything, food, shopping, tourist bus and supermarket about 50 metres away. There are 2 bedrooms in this apartment, the one at front is impossible to get any sleep in, it is sooo noisy all night due to the fact that is a busy nightlife area; the other bedroom is at the back and very quiet. The apartment has everything you need, is clean and everything is in working order
