Very clean facilities and attentions to minor details that makes the stay a memorable experience. Will definitely recommend if you ever need to stay in the area!

It is a BnB, but breakfast was almost not there. Coffee machine: yes. Packaged biscuits, 1 croissant, nothing cooked or even close to what North-Americans would call : breakfast. Location was by far the best feature, although street noise was like there were no windows. But you cannot bear the location. Marina and Irena were lovely.

Best hotel ever! So romantic and wonderful

Great location. A 10 minute walk from the train station. I was on floor 1, which is not the ground floor. Be aware you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs as there was no elevator. Not sure if there was an elevator for the other floors above 1. The room was clean and nicely decorated. I will definately stay there again.

A lovely, clean, spacious B&B in an amazing location in the heart of florence. The hostess pays attention to detail and makes arrangements for you to leave your luggage just before check-in and after check-out

Great location and room. Checked in later in the evening and no one was there so it was a little hard to find our room. Did not meet the owners but they were always available through Whatsapp if we needed help. Snacks can also be found in the kitchen. Tip: you don't have to clean the room if you don't want to pay the cleaning fee.

Self check in was a bit hard as it was hot and no one answered the door right away. The cleaning woman was very nice and helped us get in the room. The area was very convenient to train and food. Just a bit dirty and stinky because of the 90+ days. Room inside was cute very clean and the mattress was so comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was very convenient, an easy walk from the train station and to the rest of the city, but just far enough away from the city that it was quiet at night. The bed was comfortable, the room beautiful, and overall we felt very safe and welcome. The hosts were also wonderful and helpful! My only complaint was that for the breakfast, there weren’t many packaged snacks so we ended up just getting a small pastry at a cafe in Florence. Otherwise, the amenities were great, the room was comfortable, and the location great! I would stay here again if I find myself in Florence again!

Great location- less than 10 minute walk from the train station. Attractions were also just a 15 min walk. The room was very clean. Plenty of restaurants around. Cons: The room keys were left in the box but when we opened the room, someone else’s stuff was still there. That made us concerned about security. We called and were told to leave our bags in the common area and come back after 2:30pm to access the room. I wish this had been made clear in the messages we got from them. If we had not stopped specifically to talk to Martina we would never have seen her or Irene. There was no hand off, no details on what we could use etc. Couple times when we came back the front door was wide open. The room was a good size but the platform beds being low was uncomfortable. Also there were no luggage racks and nowhere to keep our bags. The biggest con was the tiny safe, which was coming off the wall. So we never used it. It was a pain carrying our passports and money around. The additional 8 euros a day for cleaning was also a surprise. If it’s not optional why not add to the price of the room?
