Had booked a bungalow, but when I got there, they (i.e. the owner) had overbooked. They blamed the booking companies and told me to talk to them. They could only offer me a small room at the back, which quite frankly was in a miserable state. Lots of bugs and insects as well. I asked for a discount, but hardly got it any cheaper. And when I asked how I would get my refund, they told me to talk to Expedia about it as they had already been informed about it and that t had been sorted. I was of course doubtful and sure enough, an agreement like that never existed. So basically they just tried to rip me off. The guy managing the place was quite nice and helpful though.
