Our stay at the Residence Inn was great! They did everything they could to accommodate us, including early check in with a pack n play ready in the room. The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was a handicapped room, which we didn’t request, and the rug was damaged, the kitchen was dirty and it was obvious that the shower area hadn’t been cleaned prior to our stay. We got there late in the evening so we didn’t call the front desk. Not happy with the amount we paid with what we received for a room. Not the normal for this facility. We might be staying elsewhere next trip.
