SMARTments business München Parkstadt Schwabing

I booked 2 rooms at SmartMents Munich. Due to Lufthansa Flight delay, i checked in 1 day late. I wrote (e-mail) to Smartments about my flight delay but no respond at all. After all, these room were charged. due to the delay flight and some hassle at car rental, I arrived hotel at ~2:30am, and i was only managed to get assistant about 2:45am as entrance door was locked. I was assigned room 202 and room 204. When i entered to room 204, i was shocked -> a family was sleeping inside. The front desk has gone back. My family has to squeeze in the room 202, and i'm curious why my room 204 has been occupied by other people? and I pay for that? We were not able to rest ….now 6am, still no one at front desk.

nice room - street parking 10 minutes to tube Munich is accessible from nearly anywhere as subway is good. Save money by staying outside of central area.

I was at a conference and it was convenient that the hotel was between the conference center and the city center. There are tram and subway stations within 10-15 min walk. The room was modern, clean and well lit. However, it was facing a busy street and I had to use ear plugs. The rooms don't have daily service and stores are closed after 8pm - since conference schedule was quite intense, this made getting simple supplies inconvenient. The front desk lady wasn't very helpful and ignored my request for additional supplies, but later I encountered the cleaning staff and they were very kind and gave me what I needed right away. The instructions for using the washer and dryer were insufficient in English, but I figured it out eventually with a phone translation. Overall, my stay was pleasant.
