Odalys City Marseille Le Dôme

The hotel and our room were kept neat and clean. Additional hygiene measures were taken by providing desinfectant at the entrance and the elevators. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We accidentally forgot our room key in the room one day and the nice lady at the reception helped us out quickly. Everything in the room as functional (incl. AC, kitchenette and bathroom) and the bed was really comfortable! The only issue was the shower, which tended to do it's own thing regarding the temperature sometimes. Not a big deal for us though but I can see some people not being happy about it. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Exactly what I expected

Un poco alejado del vieux port pero un metro que esta a 5 minutos a pie del hotel nos dejo en el centro. Supermercado muy cerca.

I stayed at this hotel twice within a month due to its proximity to friends I was visiting. Both rooms had a kitchenette that consisted on a small fridge, a microwave and a small electric plaque. There were some kitchen utensils as well as a few (3-4?) plates, cups and bowls. Pretty convenient for quick meals. The main kitchenette light under the microwave didn't work in either room I stayed. The bathrooms were clean, but the sink had very little room for toiletries for more than one guest. Both times there were problems with the magnetized card, which is needed to use the elevator. I got out after other guest entered the elevator. Funny, until it happens a second time. The receptionist checked that indeed the card didn't work in the elevator. On my second visit I had booked 2 twin beds in advance. At check in they told me my guest and I would have to share a bed; no twin beds. So beware of trusting your reservation, they won't honor it.

Séjours de 4 jours au sein de cette résidence hôtel. Chambre spacieuse, confortable et bien aménagées. Personnels accueillants et professionnels. Le métro Chartreux est à 100m (vieux port à 15 min). Seul bémol, le parking de l'hôtel est cher (10 €/nuit) et c'est non négociable.

Personnel accueillant , dommage que la terrasse ferme à 21h

Dommage que sur le site il y a écrit "menage tous les jours" dans les chambres et en effet cela ce n'est pas vrais pour une reservation d'une semaine! Par contre pour tout le reste c'est ok.

Hôtel bien situé, proche du métro 2, le personnel était correct. Seul problème pas de ménage pendant le séjour ce que je trouve regrettable. La chambre équipée d'une mini kitchenette, très pratique. Nous avons aimé notre séjour dans cet hôtel.
