Location, second to none in Riyadh. Easy access to everywhere. Front staff friendly. Rooms are spacious. Housekeeping definitely needs improvement. Leaving wet towel for cleaning on the desk; some day leaving two new bath towel and some day leaving only one; closet door, bathroom door, window blind absolutely filthy; shower drain clogged; wall plug not working; few more things but these are the things that I wrote down. Pool is broken for how long, and tiny gym comparing to the size of the hotel.

Less than expected. Room services come to the room every other day, WiFi is poor. Check in is long and at one time-3 makes people wait in long lines.
I know Hilton standard very well after hundreds of stays in more than 80 countries, I regret to comment that this stay is by the far the worse. I don't know from where I start as I have comments in many areas in the hotel, starting with the time I stepped in the hotel coming from the airport in such long flight, the security guard was gazing at me as I was waling from outside, he waited for me to be in the middle of the lobby to ask me to come again and get my bag checked. He could have asked me earlier. Then the room where I was supposed to see the lights flashing on and off, There is not tissue boxes in the room as all tissue boxes have been replaced with toilet papers!! When I came in the room after such long trip I couldn't find water bottles in the room. I checked the mini bar to see if I can find any water or anything to drink but the mini bar was totally empty! Second day in the morning I went to the concierge to ask about the nearest coffee shop, he didn't know so he went to the front desk to ask!! The weather in riyadh during August is as hot as hell, the AC of the hotel is set on certain temperature that you can't adjust it. It made my nights full of regret I selected this property for my one week stay. The bathroom had water leakage behind the sink which didn't seem a problem to the housekeeping team to report. The sound of the vacume machine is so noisy. The last experience was about the business center was horrible, all desks are dirty, no staff on site!!
Poor cleaning and furniture , difficult to reach and expect more from hilton
The rooms were very nice. Service was awesome. Check in was excellent.
I used to stay here on a weekly basis. The property went from one of the best to the worst so far for me in RYD. Very poor cleaning when i checked in. Toilet dirty and many other things. Zero house keeping unless you call and follow up and then they just do the min Very difficult to get anyone to answer the calls from guest services, or front desk or anyone else. Overall, i checked out a day earlier as i could not stay in the place for hygienic concerns. Again, this was a great place. Don’t know what happened.
Please usually make sure the all facilities in the rooms are working. For example, in my room number 805 the TV and telephone weren't working 😕 I hope in next stay i will not face the same issue.
