Aparthotel Adagio São Paulo Barra Funda

I noticed upon arrival the neighbirhood was bad. But it was close to a business i needed to visit, so I checked in. I am normally very tolerant of odors. However,the room had such a strong insecticide/cleaner odor i got a sore throat staying in it for 30 min. So I went downstairs to tell them and there was no staff at the desk. So, I left and found another hotel and called expedia to cancel and refund. Well, after hours of expedia and I trying to reach them on the phone, and no answer, i returned to the hotel. They said I couldnt cancel, expedia had to call them, while at the same time the phone was ringing and they wouldnt answer it. Finally with expedia on my cel, and calling at the same time on their landline, they answered, and gave in. Truly a miserable experience and a waste of many hours.

The service at the hotel was not bad overall. However, we want laundry service next time.

No complaints, staff were helpful and room was clean. Local area is a little quiet.

The hotel is in excellent shape - it must be very new. The staff were all very helpful especially the young lady working at the bar where there is complimentary water - she spoke very good English! Again, everyone was very helpful. It seemed like the location was a bit rough at night based on the cautious words, but as we asked more, I think that is just the standard for Sao Paulo. We were only out at night once and felt safe in the neighborhood (and certainly felt safe during the day).

Paguei 310,00 e a única coisa que eu queria era dormir. Teve simplesmente uma festa no andar em cima do meu até 4:00 da manhã. Foi terrível.

Interessante o conceito. Flat com sala e quarto. Instalações novas. Voltado ao público mais de hospedagem de trabalho. PONTOS POSITIVOS: café da manhã eficiente, proximidade do Parque Água Branca e Memorial América Latina. Alguns dos(as) recepcionistas pareciam realmente preocupadas com o bem estar dos hóspedes. PONTOS NEGATIVOS: cama não confortável. Chuveiro sem água quente, mesmo após nossa reclamação e eles terem tentado consertar, muitos resíduos de comida dos hóspedes anteriores debaixo da geladeira, armários e máquina de lavar louça, varandas muito inseguras para crianças e/ou (com parapeito muito baixo).

Todos os funcionários visivelmente sobrecarregados com multitarefas. Recontratem o restante da equipe, urgente. O hotel está trabalhando com baixa capacidade de atendimento. As cortinas do quarto me pareceram que nunca foram lavadas, estão bem sujas. O quarto é bem confortável e a cozinha muito funcional. Os protocolos de higienização me deixaram seguro durante toda a estadia. Fiquei hospedado com meu pet e paguei uma taxa extra, porém não vi retorno prático sobre o valor cobrado. O hotel não fornece cantis, tapete higiênico ou atenção especializada para pets. Portanto, a cobrança de taxa extra para pets não faz sentido.
