Great Option in Astana! Very comfortable bed, good room, good bathroom, nice staff and good breakfast. Really good value for money and in particular if you have meetings with government, it is in front of the big government complex.

The hotel is located in the centre of Astana - near Baiterek tower, Keruen Mall, Presidential Palace and Government offices. Also bus stops nearby and some restaurants and supermarkets. The rooms are large, quiet, clean, comfortable with fridge, A/C, coffee/tea facility and - very important today - enough sockets to recharge my electronic devices, e.g. camera, mobile, laptop etc. Also bathroom clean with all necessary amenities. Good breakfast. The friendliness and helpfulness of staff are excellent. On my travels I rarely experienced such kind of hospitality. The manager was from early morning until late evening at your service (I wonder when he sleeps) and the staff helped me even with issues not linked directly to the hotels business. They e.g. booked a service for my car and helped me to find out some info about my further travel needs in other cities in Kazakhstan. Thank you guys for all your support! In total a great hotel to stay for leisure and business as well with always friendly and helpful staff who make your stay feeling like home.

Sehr sauberes Zimmer mit Minibar. Leute am Infotheke haben alle unsere Fragen beantwortet und waren sehr hilfsbereit. Frühstück entsprach auch einem guten europäischen standart. Gepäck kann man im Hotel bis zum Abend stehen lassen und schöne Astana erkunden. Supper. Weiter so!!!

Sehr zentral gelegen, mit dem Bus in 30 Minuten am Flughafen. Einige Restaurants in der Nähe. Zimmer sehr sauber und groß. Frühstück sehr lecker und vielseitig.

Easy hotel for airport taxis to find, is right in the centre of the new town within short walking distance of the central avenue and palace. Views out the front are onto one of the main roads and a modern government apartment building. Be aware that soldiers will question anyone taking photos of this and the palace and only tourists will be allowed to do this (in moderation). Found the reception efficient and helpful including detailing what taxis should charge. The lifts are small, most of the rooms are long and narrow but we’ll presented. Temperature was controllable by radiator knobs, bathroom door couldn’t close properly, gels were provided rather than soap and deadbolt wouldn’t work, however good beds and desk, chair and bedside cabinets provided along with multiple lights, cupboards, tea making, a fridge, multiple sockets, large wall mounted TV, strong wifi signal and a large floor rug. Expect significant snow in winter, however the hotel frontage and near by roads are continually cleared. Excellent spot for people who want to explore the city centre from a modern comfortable hotel.

Was in Astana to watch a football match. Everything was fantastic at the hotel, although after the match service in the bar got a bit delayed. Only a small thing. Overall, great stay, great staff with the manager deserving a special mention for the warm welcome and hospitality he gave our group over the four days.
