Atemberaubendes Lake Travis Beach House für 12 Personen!

As my son is a commercial fisherman in Alaska, he misses summers with his family due to work. This trip was so amazing for us all and it began with the great accommodations .Lots of thoughtful touches in this well appointed space. Thanks for the memories!

Elza and Stefan are exceptional hosts. This was my first time planning a trip out of town with a group of 11 and my first time renting a home and my experience with them exceeded all of my expectations and beyond. The whole group raved about this home through out the entire trip! Elza and Stefan were extremely prompt and readily available for any and all questions we had! 11/10 recommend. I enjoyed this trip as well as the rest of us thanks to Elza and Stefan!

We are 3 families coming together so wanted a place with access to a lake, pool with ability to cook and hangout together. This fit the bill perfectly! Unfortunately the community pool was closed so we took the 6 grandkids to Cedar Park/Veteran Memorial Park which was one of their favorite places (slides, diving board, and water park). We also rented a pontoon boat and really enjoyed the experience. Each family cooked their favorite meal to share and the space for 11 was plenty. Highly recommend! Host owners were wonderful & accessible before/during.

The layout of the house was perfect for us to take our adult daughters and their young families on vacation with us. The area and amenities were wonderful There was plenty for our little grands to do on the property as well as in the city. All around it was a great week.

We had a wonderful experience in this property. While not on the lake itself, it is just a short walk from the lake. Scenic views from the upper patio decks and such a peaceful setting. Every morning we awoke to plenty of deer in the woods behind the townhome and the access to the private beach was totally worth it. Easy access to the marina and plenty of space for the whole family. The hosts also went the extra mile with some nice touches for welcoming us to the property. I would highly recommend this property and it will be on my list next time we stay down by the lake.

Nice place, well kept, updated and well stocked. Owners have maintained this property well and were kind enough to leave us some snacks and plenty of towels. Only thing to address is that upstairs AC did not cool and perhaps needs servicing.

We had a wonderful, relaxing week at this lovely vacation home. Just what we needed after many stressful months. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable for our family. We'd planned on having several family members join us, but, well, COVID-19...enough said. But, had those plans come to fruition, it would have been perfect for all of us. There are plenty of options for sleeping! Elza and Stefan were great hosts and had excellent communication prior to us arriving and while we were there. We had a concern with the Nest thermostat the night we arrived and they promptly resolved it for us. A couple of days later I went looking for an iron and couldn't find one (even though there is an ironing board). I contacted Elza and Stefan and they ordered an iron via Amazon and it was on the front doorstep the next morning. While I was talking with Elza regarding the iron, I'd mentioned that I'd found a crack in one of the wine glasses and I had to throw it out. Guess what was on the doorstop two days later? 8 new wine glasses! We spent a day out on the lake on a pontoon boat and would recommend Liquid Thrillz if you're going to rent a boat or jet ski. We had lunch at the Gnarly Gar and wasn't super impressed, but it was nice to sit out and overlook the lake. We also had lunch and Sunday Brunch at The Grille at Highland Lakes just a short drive from the house. We enjoyed the food and the service was great. There aren't a whole lot of places to eat around the house, but we ended up using the kitchen a lot to cook our own meals since we enjoyed hanging out at the house. The kitchen had most everything we needed. We also appreciated the snacks and drinks that were waiting for us when we checked in. We sat out on the main deck most nights and enjoyed watching the deer feeding right below us. If you're looking for a spacious and welcoming home to relax in while visiting Lake Travis...look no further!

Pleasantly surprised at how roomy the place is. Large and spacious. Manager responsive and nice. We had a great time!

The house is perfect. Everything was amazing. Even the location is amazing, it has a private access to the lake for fun and fishing. The owners were responsive and so helpful. Thank you!

This home is very cozy and a great place to stay. Plenty of room for a larger family. Owners do a great job of communicating before and during our stay. I was very pleased to have rented this home and would recommend it highly. Thank you Stefan & Elza, it was a pleasure to stay in your home!
