This was nice, except the beds and pillows were very hard. It was clean and service was good.
My only complaint was when I booked the room for my son and his gf as a gift for the weekend during an arena cross event happening at Lazy E arena it said they had free breakfast available for two. That was something I looked for when booking them a room and was upset to know they had no food whatsoever with no warning. I understand Covid is happening ect but I think there should be someway to make up for the amenities all the hotels are having to take away during these times. There’s several things not available during hotel stays now but I don’t see any price adjustments being made. Other than that the hotel was nice, clean and the kids felt safe being there and had a great weekend. I would book it for them again in the future.
The rooms had a cleaning sticker at the door which most were ripped and the room we got was ripped too. We noticed almost all the guests in my floor were put on the same side. The most discomfort was we could hear the constant walking back and forth from the room above us which made it annoying and hard to sleep.
The room was clean and comfortable. Be aware that you can hear the trucks and noise from the highway, even with a white noise maker we had brought. The room did have a phone but no cord, so we had to use our cell phones to call down to the front desk. Due to COVID, the breakfast buffet was gone and they offered Hot Pockets and wrapped bagels or bread.
Ck in was terrible....one person at the desk and a line of people waiting to ck.in. took too long...someone would call and tie up the person working the desk creating longer wait for customers to ck in
In light of COVID the attendant was not as careful as I had hoped. His attire was also very unprofessional. We had requested a ground floor room when making the reservation, ended up on the 3rd floor. The rooms were a little tired, the bedding was awful. Probably won’t stay there again.
Room was great, hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.
Great comfort and pool was awesome
Only problem we had was getting the day guy to restock our room with towels and coffee. The night guy was wonderful.
