This is a nicely appointed home is a very nice neighborhood. The home in very well equipped. We couldn't ask for anything more.

Hearst House was absolutely perfect for us! My husband and I rented this the weekend before Christmas so we could meet up with family in Boise, our adult children, our granddaughter and our elderly dad in a local assisted living facility fir the holidays. The rooms were ideal.. our granddaughter loved the loft upstairs.. she decorated it with Christmas garland she had brought with her in her suitcase! Thanks so much for the great accommodations!

Cozy home with plenty of beds and every amenity thought of.

This is our third time staying at this great house. We are currently looking for property in the Treasure Valley area, and the location of this house is great for easy access to the areas we are looking to buy. The house is great for couples or families. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a good sized garage. The rent for this property is also very reasonable. The owners are great and very responsive to communications that may come up. You will not be disappointed with this rental!

This property was perfect for our stay in Meridian. Super clean, easy access, lots of amenities, and great information on the area from the owners. I will definitely share this home with friends who are also visiting the area.

The house was located in a nice neighborhood. We arrived about an hour and a half prior to check-in time and called to make sure it was ok for us to be in the house. The first contact number we called went to voice mail which had a recording telling us that the mailbox had not been set up. The second call was to the owner's other number (who seemed confused as to who I was) was answered and we were told that as long as the cleaning service was not there it was alright to stay. The next morning I had intended to use the oven. When I opened the oven door I found that it was thoroughly disgusting. It looked as if it had not been cleaned in a LONG time. I attempted to call the owner and got the owners' voice mail. I left a message but never got a call back. The large skillet had a coating that was pealing badly as was the large kettle. Both were unusable. The bathroom rugs seemed dirty so I washed them and the water was absolutely brown. The wastebaskets were not clean and the one in the laundry room had not been emptied nor had the dryer vent been cleaned. All of the wastebaskets need a good cleaning. I believe the owners need to get a new cleaning service. The day we departed I called to let the owner know that we were leaving and again told him about the oven. He said that apparently there was a problem with his phone and that he had never gotten the voice mail. He did say that he would speak to the cleaning person. Two phones with not good response? Not good. I will say that the owner's returned my damage deposit in a timely manner. Our next visit to Meridian, Idaho will NOT be to this property.

This was a great house for us! It had everything that we needed plus more! Would definitely recommend and will stay again if in the area!
