Our family of all adults came in from: MT, AK, TX, PA, NY, & WY for our father's 80th and mother's 79th birthdays. The first impression of our sunlit vacation home rental, was how immaculately clean and well-stocked it was. Everything we needed to cook and serve big meals was on-site. We enjoyed sitting together on the porch and upstairs deck looking right up at the gorgeous mountains. This particular rental is exceptional and generously priced for all its amenities and location. Lisa has been gracious, accommodating, and readily available to answer questions. Our family gathering is now a precious lifetime memory, largely due to the beautiful, relaxing, and homey environment we were fortunate to be together again in. We all highly recommend this vacation home and will certainly stay here again.

Beautiful, spacious home and incredibly well stocked. Loved the personalized photos and books on display. Easy access to Yellowstone. Owner (Lisa) was just wonderful to work with. Looking forward to a return visit.

This trip was my husband’s third stay, and my first, at this very clean and comfortable townhouse. The location is great, with easy access to restaurants, Chico Hot Springs, and only about 20 minutes to Livingston grocery stores and shopping. We have stayed at other townhomes, as well as a home, all in Emigrant, but this townhouse has the most comfortable beds and sofas, a large dining table, an easy kitchen to cook in, lots of towels, and kitchen stables. The views from the family room and master bedroom are great! We recently stayed in the winter, and it was nice to have the new TV with Cable! Also, it was very warm inside even with temperatures well below 0 degrees! We did not get to Yellowstone park on this trip, but it is only 30 minutes away. The owners, Lisa and Rudy have wonderful photos, and Montana themed decor throughout the house. There is lots of information about activities to do in the area. Lisa is very nice to work with, and responds immediately.

Lisa was amazing, she called before we left Home just to check in and see if we had questions and to give us some tips for the area. It was so great talking to you Lisa. The home is well supplied with everything you could possibly need, Home away from home. We really enjoyed being able to grill and sit outside on the porch and enjoy the beautiful Montana views. We will definitely be back.

This was our second time staying at the villa. The location is perfect for us since we have family in area but also for day trips to Yellowstone. We stayed for two weeks and the villa is ideal since it has everything a family needs for a longer visit.

From arrival until departure we felt like this was home. Very nicely appointed. Completely furnished with everything you need. Coffee cups to skillets, toaster to dishwasher, all your needs are met. The sheets were wonderful and the beds comfortable. The convenience of the washer and dryer and wonderful mountain views allows time for everything. An amazing drive to Yellowstone with views of Elk, whitetail, mule deer, antelope and even big horn sheep. We even saw a moose! It was nice to have information on the area as well as how to operate the TV..they all work so differently! We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend this property
