We were assisted all the way starting from the airport pick up to hotel drop off – they have their own fleet of vans/speed boat which facilitates the process of reaching the property with ease. They take care of guests’ registration, payment of mandatory fees etc. – you don’t have to worry about a thing. We were pampered by most staff wherever we go, may it be in the restaurant, the lobby, pool, front desk, lounge area. They attended to ALL of our needs which is above and beyond their roles (the staff even accompanied us to the nearby Palawan Express). It’s hard to leave the hotel because the entire property is impressive and stunning that we do not feel the need to go elsewhere and we just preferred to stay within the vicinity. Complimentary service of popcorn and soft served ice cream was a big plus too! Pool water was warm and enjoyable for those who find the beach water quite cold. We also took advantage of the game room – we played table tennis and there were other recreational games/activities such as PlayStation, foosball, board games etc.What stood out the most is the genuine and proactive customer service. Most staff are very accommodating – shout out to Ben, the beach butler who was very attentive to guests’ needs from setting up the beach mat and towels to serving cold water. To Chami and She at the restaurant who paid attention to our requests and to Randy who did an excellent job training the staff.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at The Coast. The staff was so attentive, friendly and made us feel so special. We plan to come back again with more of our family. Such a beautiful hotel on a beautiful island. The hotel layout is perfect!

This is my third visit to Boracay in a span of 25 years. I can say that this is the best visit I’ve ever experienced. The flight, the transfers, the accommodations, the food and of course the island itself have proven to be the best in the world!😎

The Staff were amazing, top notch service. Would definitely stay here again just for the service. Everything was perfect.

The staff provides great service. They are always ready to help. From arrival to departure, they make all the necessary arrangements and transfers. Food is great. They have beach butlers too.

From been greeted at the airport,the transfer,check-in,chambermaids,breakfast staff,security,an Ben Franco an jud on the beach all thoroughly professional at there jobs...the beach is paradise,plenty of bars an restaurant..an good boat trips.

Place is beautiful and all the staff, I mean ALL the staff are super awesome! Thank you!

The staff was amazing from start to finish. We were greeted at the airport with the Coast van, the team at #Fairways, the boat guys, the greeting at check-in, where they immediately showed my son the soft serve ice cream machine (that he helped himself to at least 10 x daily, along with the popcorn machine.) The team invited us to their staff holiday party, we felt like part of the family within hours of being on property, it was truly genuine smiles and hospitality our entire stay. So many shout outs to Franco, John, Bryan, Nate in Sales, the General Manager, all of the front desk girls, the restaurant staff... Thank you for a wonderful stay & we'll see you next year! EXCELLENT- I'd go back in a heartbeat! Perfect location, beautiful, clean accommodations, BEST staff- Franco is AMAZING. Great massages, BEST buffet, steps from beach, great pool, bar- I could go on...

Staff was attentive, helpful and super friendly! Great location. Good food. Room was modern and new — well maintained.
