Great location, right in town. We really enjoyed our stay here. The accommodation is modest, but met our needs and was certainly a good price for the location. The room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend.

We spent ~about most of last week at this nice boutique, budget hotel was eminently affordable and walking distance from the main street on the island. The owner/manager Andres was outstanding & did his best to resolve issues. Overall great value for money

The building was new and painted pretty, but no WiFi in our room, we couldn’t flush toilet paper, and were told not to use the tap water even to brush our teeth.

A very weak Wi-Fi signal. You have to go out of your room to get connected. Other than that, it is well located. You can walk to many interesting places such as Turtle Bay, Richard Darwin Center. At night you can walk to the "Kioskos" a place to eat relatively less expensive.

Fun and unique style for the property. Secure compound, everything was clean and well maintained. Easy walk to the Darwin research center or to the fishermen pier. Close to restaurants!

I am a Hotels.com Gold Member and stayed in 61 hotels over the past 8 months and had no real issues. This was the third hotel I stayed at in Puerto Ayora and this is the worst hotel experience that my husband and I have EVER had. On arrival we were told by the manager that breakfast won't be provided even though we booked a room with breakfast. Hotels.com convinced the manager to provide breakfast but we only found this out by chance when visiting the common area in the morning otherwise we would have not known. The room was not to the standard that was advertised, see photos. This was the most expensive hotel out of the 3 hotels and the most basic. The hotel manager threw a party with his friends in the outside communal area of the hotel. His friends were smoking, drinking and being loud to the point that we could hear them from our room. This party was going on for several hours so we decided to leave the hotel. As we were heading out, the manager's friends went quiet and began laughing as we left and talking at us in Spanish in a teasing manner. This made us feel extremely uncomfortable. We felt under pressure to find other accommodation even though we were denied any refund to be able to do this on Day 1. We were punished for rightfully complaining about the lack of breakfast and standard of the room. It was the most unprofessional attitude we have come across from a hotel manager. We were surprised by this as the hotel had good reviews. Do not risk staying here.

Lovely place just off of the main strip in town. It's beautifully decorated, very clean and the owner was very helpful. Highly recommended.
