It's clear that they are working to refurbish a very old, worn out place, and it will be nice eventually. But not yet! The most important thing in a motel room is the bed. The bedspread wasn't clean- several icky clear stains. The sheets were extremely clean, but there was no mattress protector and the mattress was stained in several places. A close look revealed glitter, human hairs, a sesame seed, and a pastie... The refrigerator/freezer was brand new, as was the bathroom suite. But the desk and dresser were so written out a decent second hand shop would reject them.

My boyfriend and i had booked our one night stay based off of reviews and photos posted on the website. We expected a remodeled room and comfortable bed. We didnt get either. Our room was one of the not renovated rooms. This wouldn't have been an issue really, but the bed was not comfortable. Which was what we cared most about. The bed didn't have a fitted sheet which meant we kept sleeping on a bare mattress much of the night. For our king sized bed there were two very small pillows and a thin single sheet was all we had to cover with. I went down to the office to ask for an extra pillow or blanket and they said they had none. Our tv remote also didn't work right so we had to get up to adjust volume and turn it on and off. Also i had to keep the curtains closed using my hair clip. When i spoke to the person at the front regarding the room we got i was told it was because other people had picked up keys earlir, which didnt make sense to me because we arrived at the stated check in time and the parking lot was completely empty when we arrived. I was offered a discounted rate for a future stay if i came during the week. Im not sure if I will take advantage of this offer or not based on this experience.

From any other motels it’s the only one so far with clean floors. Very understanding services

I paid for a queen sized bed, and the owner kindly upgraded me to a king; free of charge. The rooms are very nice. The TV's are bigger than I've seen in other hotels, and it includes Direct TV channels. The rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly.

These guys are working hard to refurbish the entire hotel. New paint, new fixtures, in and out, new flooring, new banisters and hand rails. I have stayed here 7 times in the last year and they are as friendly now as ever. The only thing they still need to update is the Wi-Fi and they are workubg in that next.

No issues

It was being remodeled and in a mess. TV was little more than an antenna?? No microwave or refrigerator.

Proximity to PCC good. Parking easy, reasonably priced. Bad: no wifi connection; bed had hairs from previous guest and sheets had some stains.

It was simple, but very well kept. The guy upgraded my room to two queens and no charge! Very much appreciated that. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Overall it is a good place to stay and price really reasonable
