Clean Rooms Nice People Overall Great Stay No Complaints Only Thing I would of had different if i could "SOFT BED" I am used to a much more firm type bed.

This place needs a serious update. Regret not staying at the Sleep Inn down the road.

What a way to make someone feel at home, biscuits and gravy with homemade Apple streusel to the side! Love this place! Kansas Country Inn in Oakley, Kansas. I’m an early riser and it was hot and ready at 530 in the morning.

Clean older motel with updates and friendly / courteous service. Best home cooked breakfast on whole trip.

Customer service was great the hotel qaa horribly outdated. The room stunk and the sheets and pillows needed washing. I couldn't sleep ir skunk so bad. I sleep with oxygen ans xould still smell the odors.

The hotel was fine for the price. Pros: Clean, comfortable bed, the air conditioner made enough steady noise to drown out hwy and neighbor noise, friendly desk attendant. Negatives: dated all the way around, window curtain let in too much light, coffee and breakfast not interesting. The town of Oakley is cursed by a large feedlot with significant odor depending on the direction of the wind.

The hotel is outdated, but wasn’t expecting much just a ace to turn in for a few hours. Had a very late check in, the staff on duty, wasn’t welcoming at all, requested a specific room, on my reservation, and even called the hotel. But, as we got there was informed there would be an up charge, was willing to pay, but seemed like a hassle, to even change the booking. The rooms are dated, I got the notion, we were given the most outdated room, because of my ‘denied requests.’ Morning crew, wasn’t much different. There’s a nicer updated room a few miles down, had I known, especially at 3 in the morning. I would have booked that one instead!
