Arrived there at the hotel, friendly staff, comfort room. However, few staff doesnt not speak english and difficult to communicate.

From the moment I arrived at the check in I felt very welcome. The receptionist suggested to me to head to the restaurant to have lunch first as it would close shortly. The formality took just few mins my room was clean and a welcome key ring as well. Food local red wine and service were all great. Overall it was a relaxing winter sun holiday I didn't have to leave the resort as good choices and entertainment were plenty and variety was good. Highly recommend

It is a clean hotel , problem is wii fi doesn’t work in rooms only in reception areas. Lights in stairs are very poor . Staff is very nice & help ful . Staff in food area are very nice & friendly & good breakfast.

No information at check in about facilities. No one really speaks english and most interaction's with staff were very disappointing.
Excursions offered are only for french speaking clients. No alternative offered for .
Wifi is not available in rooms and very limited English speaking tv(only bbc world news) so little to do.

The hotel is friendly and clean
The hotel was fantastic. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. There was so much choice for food that even my vegan friend had loads to choose from. Aqua aerobics, dancing lessons, yogo and much more entertainment going on. Yes, there are lots of French and staff mainly spoke French but we were spoken to in English, so no problems for us.

very poor first impression
Arrived at the hotel and approached reception and we were asked to wait as the manager would come and see us. Twenty minutes later we are still sitting there. I talk to reception again and they eventually get the manager. He tells us there is a problem with our room but is very vague about what the issue is , mentions overbooking and maintenance issues. We then wait forty minutes more to be put on a mini bus to another hotel. Due to lack of information from the hotel manager this is the wrong hotel and after further emails and calls we are taken to a third hotel where again there is a lot of miscommunication. We noted that everyone in our original hotel appeared to be French and we seemed to be the only English people and the only people moved elsewhere.
Our new hotel was far superior newer and with more professional employees. I would not recommend this hotel we felt very poorly treated. Go to the Be Live Hotel group instead!

French Speaking Hotel
It was an okay hotel but I would definitely not stay there again.
It was too far from town making it expensive to travel by taxi to town, luckily there was a hotel shuttle which was more affordable like £4 return journey.
Room was smaller than expected
Room phone not working and was only changed after 2 days
No internet access in rooms but communal areas
Bugs in room and needed daily spraying
Bed sheets not changed daily
Everything was in French including signs and TV channels
Expensive Spa access
