I have had excellent experiences during my previous three stays at this hotel, and while this visit was overall good, there were a few areas where improvement is needed.
I arrived early for check-in around 11:30 AM and was informed that my room was being prepared, with an expected availability by 1:00 PM. However, the room was not ready at that time and was still unavailable at 2:15 PM. Additionally, the in-room internet was not functional upon check-in and took over two hours to be resolved.
Dinner at the main restaurant was enjoyable, with a diverse and well-curated menu offering a range of cuisines. However, the presentation of the printed menu did not reflect the standards expected of a five-star hotel. The folder with punch-holed, majority of pages torn and small print gave an impression inconsistent with the otherwise refined dining experience. A more polished menu presentation would enhance the guest experience and encourage patrons to explore the à la carte offerings.
That said, the staff were exceptionally helpful, attentive, and accommodating throughout my stay, ensuring a comfortable experience. With a few refinements, this hotel can continue to deliver the high standards I have come to appreciate from my previous visits.
