Minsk Marriott Hotel

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars. When we made reservations, we confirmed 24 hour room service. We were on a roadtrip, so after an amazing night of sleep in a gorgeous room, we called down to room service for breakfast and to pack a boxed lunch. We were told they could not accommoate due to not having a cook. It was very disappointing because we had specifically called the night before to pre-order and they said it could all wait until the morning. :( The manager who showed us our room was awesome. Perfect english and so thoughtful! Belavia lost our luggage and he arranged for all sorts of replacement toiletries waiting in our upgraded room. I will definitely stay there again (their room service was phenomenal for dinner) but don't count on true 24/hour room service.

the hotel is generally very good. the gym is a bit small and opens at 0730, which is late.

I loved the views, the location was amazing. Staff was great. Clean, professional, modern.

Solid staff and nice hotel that you would expect from a Marriott. The location felt far from the city center but makes sense as it is part of a convention center sort of thing. Just FYI!

Everything starts with the wrong room type, we got 2 queen beds instead of king size bed that I fully prepaid. After that we called for the room service in order to try their food (we traveled by car for 5 hours and were very hungry) - very poor quality everything (Cesar salad, goulash soup, chicken broth soup) except the beef stroganoff, it was pretty good but highly overpriced. When we went to the balcony to smoke we found out a lot of spider webs with two giant spiders (my wife afraid of them a lot) and very dirty balcony glass, so it was last time we open balcony door. Just outside the hotel territory (on the river side room) was some kind of a club or a party with hard disco music that was from 6PM till 4AM and it makes our sleep terrible, moreover the beddings were cheap and too soft. All mentioned above got me a terrible head and back ache in the morning. Internet connection is also very low quality even 360p YouTube videos are working with lots of freezes. Underground parking was closed for maintenance or something. Breakfast is very poor and most of the food were cold, “draniki” looked nice from outside but was cold as ice inside. Omelette station is ok. Hotel staff always asking to pay “right now” instead of having deposit on the room which makes me feel uncomfortable for such a mistrusts for their guests. My experience in this hotel was truly terrible, I will never come back there again and not recommend it to any individual travelers in the world.

Been coming to Minsk for over 10 years now but the Marriott is the best of all the hotels I stayed in! Highly recommended, staff are super friendly, waitresses in the restaurant always have a great smile and a little chat with you! Could not fault the hotel!!!

This is a beatifull place to stay, i would say its oriented to business clients, 24 hrs room service and bar, had a wonderfull time, would stay there again
