WoodSpring Suites Tampa - USF - Near Busch Gardens

The location, room, channel options, and customer service were excellent. My biggest issue was that there were a bunch of roaches all over the bathroom. When I mean a bunch, I mean 10-20. If you decide to stay at this hotel, I would recommend you bring a can of Raid or Hot Shot Bug Spray with you. Outside that, the stay was solid.

Ladies working the desk during he day were very rude and not acommidating. and would not let me check in one second early

No so good ..I lot of people live there so they make a lot of noise like they own the hotel ..👎The hotel is clean the area not good nothing around..you have to drive to see stuff and buy food....if was not for the ghetto people that live there the hotel was really good to stay.

Rooms are very nice just u got pay for clean towels and linems when it should be free with stay

The first room roach infested. When asked to switch guy was rude. During day guy yelling rapping and running back n forth in hall 6pm-10pm guys hanging iut in parking lot, creepy van, felt unsafe and concern over cleanliness. Never again will I choose

I checked in for one week, was given a handicap bathroom and actually fell twice. Also right about the first few minutes after checking in the upstairs occupants were stomping loudly, worse in the middle of the night. Had to call every night about the stomping. The pitbull across from my room was non stop barking. You would expect four up four people in each room maybe, instead there were families in multiple in each room. There was a huge leak in the main entrance which was finally taken care of five days after I arrived. When mentioning my concerns with the front desk they quickly blamed hotels.com for booking my stay and was told to check every morning around 11AM to switch rooms, which was highly unlikely because I am here for work and was working at the time they requested. I was lead to believe that I would get a different room for five days, I finally gave up. No concerns at all about my falls. But its all good. Never again

Nice clean

Employees set off the fire alarm in the building and then tried to hide it by turning the alarm off. People in the room below kept pounding on their ceiling anytime we would walk in our room. Floor in the room was greasy and sticky. Check in must be completed by 7pm or the front desk is closed and you have to call to get an employee to come down. Towels were super small. Wouldn’t stay again.

Bed sheets had blood on it? Not good. Other than that the room was well appointed and overall building was nice.

We booked this hotel because we were going to Busch Gardens and it was kind of a mistake. We checked in late and there was no one at the check in desk. Was very inconvenient for us to get our room. The hotel smelled terrible from the time you walked in. This hotel does allow animals so at night there was tons of barking. The room was small but was okay for 2 people. We used all our own linens because they were kind of dirty. We booked Friday-Sunday and I can tell you that Saturday night we just left. Wasn't worth staying the last night. No refund was given or apologies for the problems we had. Would defiantly not recommend this hotel to anyone. If I could go back I would have spent more money to have a nicer hotel.
