Hampton Inn & Suites Tulsa Downtown

It was a very nice hotel and the staff was very helpful.

Hotel was very nice. Clean, safe and comfortable. Parking was miserable!! If you choose to park in one of the hotel spots (in the lot next to the hotel) it's $15 per night. If you choose Valet, it's a dark parking lot behind the hotel. You park it! How is that Valet!! We showed up on a Holiday and stayed the weekend so street parking in front and on the side of the Hotel is FREE. What we did not know is that the City of Tulsa Downtown Bus Station is 1/2 a block East of the Hotel. So their were homeless people all over the place the next morning. There was vomit on our wheels, a beer bottle full of human waste thrown on our hood and winsheild. The bottle did not break but our windshield did!! So while the Hotel was nice but the area they built it in is NOT!! Trash on the sidewalks, tucked in corners, people digging through the decorative waste containers in front of the hotel doors, a person sleeping on the corner and person walking around babbling nonsense. All this was seen on a two minute walk across the street to our vehicle. We did see a Police presence downtown but this is apperently a City problem. The hotel could use security outside.

The Hampton’s location next to the BOK Center is super handy!! I’d recommend Ti Amo Ristorante across the street as well. It’s a little smaller than other Ti Amo locations but very cozy. The staff is excellent & attentive.

It was all good. It would be nice to know you have to pay for parking.

Stayed during COVID time. Hot breakfast was nice when most hotels were not offering. Be aware that during COVID the hotel is not running shuttles to & from the airport. We got surprised. Also, there is no daily maid service.

All of the employees were so kind and helpful! Nice and clean hotel.

Clean and quiet, rooms are very clean, pool was very nice

The building was clean and everything was in good working order. The complementary breakfast was good and the staff did a good job keeping food and drinks stocked I had anticipated using valet parking but was told valet was not offered due to the pandemic (really!?). Parking availability downtown is inconsistent and not something I had prepared myself to deal with. If you aren't driving then no big deal! The AC kept the room nice and cool and the water pressure in the shower was great. Overall, a good hotel. I probably won't stay again in the near future due to the parking.

Everything was clean, comfortable and nice! The only negative I can say is the breakfast was horrible. We tried everything and nothing tasted good. Even the milk was sour. Other than the food, the stay was wonderful!
