Hidden Gem!!

Door would not open after 3 tries and two cards. Had to be let into our room, maintenance could not fix the issues, that night we had to be let back into our room and the next morning we moved into another room, at the very end of a long hallway. Not good, had to re-packed and unpacked again. Breakfast was lacking, Hot tub was not heated. The hotel itself was nice and clean, bar was nice. With the problems of the key entry and having to move ourselves, I wished that some kind of compensation would have been nice.

We are looking for a sign Holiday Inn didn’t see it but the address was showing Crown Plaza but it was the right hotel. The workers were so professional and their dress was very business Style. The restaurant inside had a delicious food.

We stayed for 4 nights and never received room service. We were told because of COVID they don’t clean your room unless you’re there for 5 nights. The hot tub also wasn’t working. That was disappointing. We did really enjoy the restaurant and service from Sam. The food was delicious!

Great hotel to stay at. No touch check in, screens at front desk, professional and courteous staff, clean rooms, no touch key drop. Great location. Would stay here again in the future. The "Crowne Plaza" on the building name was a bit confusing, I was expecting a "Holiday Inn", most likely in the middle of a transition?

The hotel was spotless. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend and plan to return soon. Johnny's Italian Steakhouse was very good, great happy hour and live entertainment.

I didn’t look at any of the amenities but the room king size room was very nice. Johnny D was so helpful! Breakfast is not included you pay $13 for a plate of food but you’re super limited in what you can order. I personally didn’t think it was worth the price so I ordered breakfast from other places. Overall I would stay again!

We had this Holiday Inn booked for 5 days thru Expedia. The third morning, the electricity went out because of Hurricane Laura and the way the grid works, the whole county was out of electricity, So that means computers were down. We moved to another Holiday Inn in Humble, Tex. When we left, told him my name and gave him my room key, the attendant at the desk told us no worries we would be refunded bc of the inconvenience. Well. that didn’t happen. Manager denied my refund. I’m not happy, my home is damaged, I’m not working and just want what is right...... Oh and of course I live right where Laura came thru!!! I’m not by no means an unfair person and will do anything for anyone but this is heart breaking.

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn & Suites multiple times and have attended business meeting in their conference center. I have found all my experiences with them to be superb.
