Clean, spacious room with a good kitchen and living room

Very clean, easy and quick check in. Close to everything but with enough distance to have some quiet. Loved the back garden and the fact that they had laundry facilities.

Overall - really enjoyed my stay here. Great location, really quiet, excellent room - very spacious and very secure parking. Only negative aspects were (1) having to pay for the room upfront - in 2018, (practically 2019), I do not think an establishment of this quality/standard should be asking for payment before the stay has even started. And (2) - the shower was not the best - pressure from shower head was very poor - and the amount of water leaking onto the bathroom floor was unacceptable.

On retiring I experienced a Nasty sewer smell in apt after I when left for hours

The property is approximately a 15 minute/$12-$13 cab ride into the center of Dublin (considering traffic). If you're coming from the airport it is an easy walk from the aircoach RDS station. It has the minimum that you would expect for a hotel stay in this price range in a city (bed, bath, tv, coffeemaker in room). It was clean. The bathtub/shower was a bit concerning. The step in and out of the tub shower is very high. Elderly or persons with mobility difficulties might have safety issues. I was mostly there early morning and late evening as I had activities planned through out the day. The staff was helpful in calling me a cab, that is really all I requested of them. I did have difficulty understanding where things were from the instruction I was given - that might be a cultural shortcoming for me - not alot of details with explanations.

Room was comfortable and as described. Short taxi ride from areas I wanted to go.

Would recommend and stay here again. The room was very clean, with good air-conditioning and comfortable bed that provided a great night’s sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed in an executive studio suite. Overall it was clean, tidy and well presented. The bathroom bin hadn’t been emptied or the toiletries replaced after previous guests but this was quickly rectified by the staff without any fuss. Our room faced the road and some reports suggested this was noisy but road noise was minimal and didn’t affect us at all. Rooms are not serviced on a daily basis but fresh towels are available on a limited basis on request. Overall it was a fresh, clean room and what we expected. Would definitely recommend. Easy to reach from Dublin airport on Aircoach 702 or 703.

Very comfortable & luxurious stay at the premier suites. Fantastic location with only a short walk to local cafes and pubs. Very friendly staff with quick check in
