Not coming back

Hotel was in a great location. Equivilant to staying directly on Bourbon Street. But it wasnt noist at all. However, the staff wasnt great. They couldnt really gelp me with directions or activities. They also dont greet you at all which I thought was very rude. On my last day I requested a late check out at 3pm. Notmal check out is 12p. They charged me for half a days stay. For this reason alone, I will not be returning. They clearly dont care about a satisifed customer

Poor customer relations

After spending 30000 baht at the hotel they charged me 400 baht to launder a towel they say got ‘too dirty’ half way through my stay. No mention until check out. Poor customer relations. Very poor

OK small hotel in nightlife area

Little hotel is in location nightlife walking street. Room is OK but air conditioner is pretty old and not cold enough. Room is available desk but lack of sitting area (small table and small sofa) for relaxing, watching TV or drinking beer.

OK hotel

Little nice hotel in walking street, noise but close to bar area. Air condition is not so good and pretty old, should replace new one. There is no setting area (coffee table and chairs) in the room.

Less then apetizing breakfast buffet

Good location. Fairly new property. POOR SERVICE Bed had a stain spot upon checkin. Housekeeping was nice. Room was extremely hot upon check in and it took sometime for the AC to cool off the room. AC started leaking inside the room and soaked one of my shirts and the floor. The shower did not drain properly and soaked the bathroom floor. The lobby coffee shop was inactive. No food selection or coffee service. Staff makes you feel like you’re a burden rather than a guest. The staff stationed on Feb 13th around 5pm in the afternoon especially the lady with a name that starts with an A... (she had her name tag scratched) was extremely rude and aggressive. It happened when I inquired why two people came to my room to retrieve room keys? When I asked what is this about she immediately became very defensive and started to become rude. This was most likely caused by her lack of understanding why I was asking the question. I tried to explain to her that for someone from a foreign country, it seems quite suspicious when two different men within a matter of minutes come to your room to retrieve keys? I told her I have never seen one of the man that retrieved the key so I became suspicious. I was asking for my own safety and security. This lady did not care and was plain rude and aggressive. Management needs to observe her behavior. The people from this location needs to learn from the exceptional service provided by hotel staff in Bangkok where I stayed previously
