Clean. Had almost everything we needed for the kitchen.view was terrific. Pool was TERRIFIC!!! Fridge had rust on the outside and stove had missing numbers so we were sure how hot it was but insides were clean.

We stayed for a week. The apartment was outdated, dark, and super wet like an old basement. AC was too loud. Also, we found 2 dead cockroaches near the sofa. We were really disappointed about spending our vacation here.

Location is great...needs updating!
Spent 5 nights celebrating our 25th anniversary! The location of the unit is the highlight! Roughly 20 steps from the unit to the beach. Enjoying morning coffee to the rising sun was great! The unit itself was outdated, from furnishings to decor to paint. The beds were extremely hard. The unit could have been a little cleaner, especially the ceiling fans and the vent in the bathroom (a little less water in the soap dispenser, too). The couch was extremely low to the ground and it's best (most comfortable) days, were years ago. The recliner wasn't much better, and it is tough to close, especially for someone that is disabled. Ceiling fans need to be replaced. The Tiki staff communicated very well while we were there, as there was an unexpected power outage and the hot water heater failed. They were also responsive to a couple minor issues we had in the unit. This was our first time in SPI. We had an enjoyable time and would stay here again, we would just make sure we had an updated unit that doesn't have hard beds.

It was amazing and will definitely be coming back! The kids had a great time and also the adults. Its pet friendly so we got to take Roscoe. The condo had everything that we needed, including dishes and pans.

Nice place. Clean rooms. But check in and out times are limiting. In at 4 pm out by 10am. Also for a place that can double or more the daily rate with fees you have to wash your own towels or exchange them on Tuesday or Thursday.
