The hotel is in a very safe, convenient location. It is very clean, large rooms, great staff.

Awesome place to stay located in a great & safe district of Mexico City.

Modern decor throughout hotel was appealing. Bed was very comfortable and room lighting was nice and stylish. TV was a bit difficult to use with 2 remotes and no instructions for use. Shower head didn’t work. Switch was on hand unit and couldn’t figure how to switch it to the stationary head. Location was close to good restaurants and bars.

The location was excellent. The staff were friendly and the rooms and common areas were clean

Excellent service. Friendly staff and very accommodating. Very eco-friendly hotel, which I really appreciate. However, I didn't like that the water at the room was only treated for bacteria, but not filtered for heavy metals (and it tasted a bit like chloride). Also, glass door at the room's toilet looks really cool, but does not provide much privacy.

Lovely breakfast and breakfast room. Bedrooms rather spartan. No hot water in bathroom or shower on evening of arrival. Air conditioning failed to heat the room to a comfortable temperature. Staff were available and amenable, but did not demonstrate room facilities.

Great location and impeccable service. The bar upstairs was a plus. Only thing I didn't like was how loud the hotel was in the morning. You could hear the cleaning people laughing and talking early in the morning and guests as well.

It’s a super convenient and well located hotel. In the heart of The Condesa with restaurants, bars, local designer stores, cool weekend markets, etc. The hotel is in good condition but it needs a refresh. Rooms are spacious and super comfortable and the service awesome and helpful. Internet in general is a little slow. Just ask for a room on the side that doesn’t face Nuevo León Ave. It has a lot of traffic and it’s very noisy. Overall I would stay again at this hotel!

The location is good, but the room felt like it had been rushed to finish..for example the details like paint from the walls all on the windows, rushed finishes on the walls, and the bathroom door was a sliding door - heavy and didn't have a handle to help move it along it's tracks, there is a safe in the room, and there were no instructions on how to use it. We had to ask 3 times to have our room cleaned and finally it was cleaned at 5pm, but she didn't even sweep the floors and they forgot to give us another washcloth and hand towel. They took our used washcloths but didn't leave fresh ones. The bed was super hard. It's fine hotel for the money, and it has such potential, but not quite there yet. The staff were good at the front desk and the door people that helped with luggage and taxis were lovely.

It was a very nice hotel, with decent modern design and friendly staff. The room are very clean with nicely maintained property. The only thing if I must say, is the alarm from the bank across the street, at some nights it just kept on ringing and can be a little disturbing. Other than that, I feel safe about the location of this hotel.
