GREAT security - you cannot just walk into the lobby, you walk into an entryway and then you ring the bell and they buzz you in. EXCELLENT room: CLEAN and comfortable, with great beds, pillows and bedding. Sleek, upscale, modern design. BIG window with a window seat and cool city view. Bathroom was well stocked and spacious. Sink was IN the bathroom, not outside of it as it sometimes is in other hotels, which I do not like. Spacious countertop sink area for all my stuff. Everything in this hotel is new and sleek. Plenty of seating in the lobby area, with big windows to watch for our Uber pickup to the game. We walked back from Heinz Field, easy and safe. No bar or breakfast service, I think due to the virus thing, but you could buy snacks and food at the little store area. There is also an adjacent restaurant, and another on the back of the hotel, Soho's, with great food. There was a $100 incidentals charge, no biggie. We will definitely stay here again, no doubt. A 10!!
The stay was nice. I just don't appreciate my $100 on incidentals having still not returned to my account after over 5 days of checking out.

The staff was very accommodating! I will be staying there when I travel to Pittsburgh in the future.
Breakfast selection was not made for people with allergies. Only coffee and cinnamon buns. Very disappointed with that. Not happy that the hotel didn’t inform me of the 250$ security deposit for each room before I made the trip. I was lucky enough to have the extra money, but I wasn’t able to spend as much as I hoped. In one of the rooms, the microwave and phone didn’t work. In the other room, my coffee machine didn’t work and there was something wrong with the heat/ac. I had stepped out of my room for a few minutes and I locked my keys in the room. My sister Went down to the front desk and the kid at the desk threatened to charge us. Even though he could of let me in himself. And to add to it, my sister was cat called in the hallway by a man maybe in his mid 30s. Oh and to top it off, I was turned down when I asked to change my room to a king. The staff member claimed he couldn’t because I booked off Expedia, but I have done it before without a problem. Don’t stay here unless you want to be harassed and over charged.

Was immediately hit with a $250 “service charge” at check in. This is refundable but totally ridiculous. Did they think I was a rock band planning to trash the room? I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure my room was in the middle of the freeway! Loud traffic all night long. Room itself was nice and appeared to be clean. Facility overall is good.
The 250$ deposit was rediculous. And its been 8 business days and im still waiting for my refund
Clean, comfortable and spacious.
This hotel was in a great location--quiet, safe, handy to so many activities, easy walk to downtown. Staff seemed very helpful and they weren't doing the regular breakfast due to the pandemic, but provided nice breakfast bags. Beds were comfortable, rooms designed well, and we had a great view of downtown. You have to pay for their parking, but it was easily accessible.
