The hotel is located in the busiest (should I craziest) part of the town, yet, as soon as you enter and let the entrance door close behind you, all that dirt and noise of the medina is forgotten. Nice spa music is playing in the lounge and pool areas, complimented by the gentle splashing sound of multiply fountains. The decor of the hotel is truly amazing, very authentic and of high quality standards. The receptionist, Rym, was very friendly and helpful (he was already very efficient via emailing prior to our arrival). After a day in the medina (where not many people are friendly, and even less are helpful), our receptionist's attitude was very refreshing and appreciated. The pool is not heated, but I guess after may it picks up enough sun to be warm enough anyway...I did jump in in march, and I loved it, but it might not be for the faint hearted:) The suit where we stayed was spacious and had a fantastic decor, we have really felt like some sort of Marroconese royalities here and would gladly be back in the future.
