Jungle Beach Hotel Manuel Antonio

Everything you need. A fridge, wifi, parking, giant bed. The place is a little dated but great price for the location. The wifi wasn't working upon check in, but the owner had to try a couple things and got it to work about an hour later. Super helpful and responsive. Wifi is fast.

Good location and clean hotel

the property is excellently located, just 100 meters from the beach, so you can walk without problems. The restaurant is enjoyable. It is next to extraordinary lush green area, where we had the opportunity to see monkeys and many birds.

Great location cozy with friendly staff. Parking tight but ok. Rooms reasonable but a few hiccups like squeaky doors. Beds decent. Overall nice and rustic.

The staff was so friendly- they pointed out monkeys, sloths, and deer for us to see in the surrounding properties.

This is a great little hotel in a convenient spot, nestled into the jungle. It is a 3-minute walk to the beach, a 10-minute walk to the grocery store or another entrance to the beach, and an additional 5 minutes to the park entrance. It has a great restaurant with reasonable prices and wonderful staff. Monkeys came to visit and there is a sloth in the area. You can pick up a city bus to Quepos right outside the hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel for the price and location. The pool is a bit small, and there are a lot of stairs, but overall a wonderful place to stay in the Manuel Antonio area.

Staff was so friendly and Went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Hotel was very clean and had 24 hr office hours and security.

Disappointed with this property. Limited facility. Uncomfortable area..steep walk down and up. Not good lighting . I tripped on the concrete step leading to our room. Badly bruised.i saw a little boy fall as well. Breakfast for a fee..limited menu.

Hotel located just a few minutes walk from a long, beautiful beach with many options for activities at reasonable prices. Rent boogie boards at $10 per day, surf boards $20 to $25. Walk to Manuel Antonio Park. Public bus to Quepos stops at immediate front of hotel. Restaurants within walking distance too. Groceries within 7 minute bus ride from hotel. Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast had 4 options and all were very good. Air conditioning made sleeping at night comfortable. Our family of 7 was comfortable in 2 rooms with bunks. No, it’s not a 5 star hotel , but if you are looking for clean rooms, great location, super nice staff, a good breakfast and a value price- look no further. Pool was small but adequate but why swim in pool when you have an incredible beach steps away. Our first trip to Costa Rica but would certainly stay again. The owner was sitting in for one of his front desk persons one night and was so nice as to answer countless questions about life is Costa Rica. No, this is not a paid advertisement- Ha. Would recommend.
