It was a really quick check in and the stay was super comfortable!

One night stay, room 230. Matress was like sleeping in a pit. My wife and I felt like we were sliding in a pit as the matress had zero firmness. Were moved to other room 316 but same type of matress. But what really destroyed my experience with this hotel was that when we first checked in we unpacked our things. I then went to the front desk and requested a new room. We were given room 316 and as we moved to the the new room we unpacked again. Later that night i was going to take my daily required medication but i then realized that i had left it in room 316. Front desk allowed me to go to room 230 and when i entered the room had been cleaned up but my prescription bottle was nowhere to be found. They ended up telling me that cleanup probably threw ift away as they were cleaning up but i told them that how could a person not realize that that medication might be needed as we had just moved in to that room just a few hours ago. Why couldnt that cleanup person not have had the common sense to look at the name on the label and just turn it in to the front desk where a little bit of inquiery would have let them know that i had just left that room and moved to another? Poor communication by all parties in that hotel, from cleanup crew to front desk!

They’re doing construction or something in the 4th floor and it was loud all night till like 3 am. Dragging and hammering and people talking.

Great room..stayed before and same experience. Didn’t care for this room location due to high track. Other than that beautiful hotel.

It was the first time we stayed here. Check in was quick and efficient. We will probably visit here again.

They checked up on you by text. They were very pront to respond. I will definitely stay again.

Hotel was great.Front lobby ladies were beyond sweet and attentive staff great. Jacuzzi not working which was one of main reasons chose to stay at a hotel for birthday to soak n relax. So very sad about that.I had requested a blanket which i said i could go get at like 8 pm n was told they would bring no one brought called again later told same thing no one came. Not big deal but had to change temp which bothered other person in room. and i was in pjs no makeup to do trek dstairs. Sounds petty but stayed at a hotel for comfort n a tinge of luxury for my bday and wasn’t what i wanted.The staff was awesome though and that made a difference they asked if we still wanted to stay without jacuzzi n me and my friend were ready to settle in somewhere didn't want to look around for another hotel had taken me a wk to finalizee cambria as where id stay.Overall id totally stay again cleannew hotel excetional staff too.

It was ok... Bed wasn't comfortable . Showers and restroom are nice. room is super small.. but just ok
