Rolson Hotel

Had to check-in a little late due to room not being ready but was allowed to sit by pool. Had great stuffed jalapeño and great breakfast. Enjoyed the pool even though a little strict on clothing and kids swimming on next end. All in all was a good time.

This hotel was very nice, the staff was helpful, the room was clean, the WIFI worked well and the air conditioning was nice (if a bit loud). It's a tiny bit outside of town but a cab was only $5BZD ($2.5USD) one direction (cab prices appear to be set since it was the same price every time). It was nice and quiet since it was a bit further away. The pool was nice although I couldn't find the towels. The restaurant was yummy and the breakfast was delicious. Only issue was the restaurant is definitely on "island" time (yes, I know it's not an island). They're very relaxed which is nice but also means if you have an early pick up you may not have time to eat breakfast. Overall a very nice stay and a very nice price.

Rolson Hotel had great service, wonderful staff, comfortable beds, nice pool. We ate at their restaurant quite a bit and the food was very good.Beautiful views of San Ignacio and surrounding area from hotel. It is located a little ways from the centre of town but walkable. I would recommend taxi to return because of uphill walk back and taxis are cheap and easily accessible. There is grocery store nearby but not many restaurants. And yes there are a lot of dogs barking at night but you seem to have that a lot in Belize.

Staff were helpful, and always available. The hotel is clean, comfortable and welcoming. Wifi is inconsistent but was adequate for our needs. It was spotty in our room but ok in common areas.

Muy bueno lugar comodo comfortable limpio amable y tranquilo. Lo recomiendo tiene de todo.

Le personnel est aimable et les chambres sont propres. Nous avions une odeur dans la salle de bain qui a disparu après la première nuit. La climatisation est bruyante. La piscine est très propre et très agréable. Le seul soucis que nous avons eu est d’avoir dû payer 10usd supplémentaire par nuit pour notre fille de 12 ans. Ce n’etait pas précisé dans les conditions de vente Hôtel.com. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. We had a smell in the bathroom that disappeared after the first night. The air conditioning is noisy. The pool is very clean and very nice. During Check-in, we had was to pay 10USD extra per night for our 12 year old daughter. This was not specified in the Hotel.com sales conditions.
