We enjoyed staying at the apartments and really liked the location being close to the supermarket and metro so it was easy to get to places w small children. The one negative was how cold the apartment was the first two nights (there are no heaters in Dubai to no surprise) and air was running prior to our arrival for air circulation when it was 69 outside. The place did warm up for the rest of our stay and we enjoyed it very much

Big apartments, very spacious. Kitchen not very well equipped but was very clean. Great to be able to use the Novotel facilities. Pool was cold as always in the shade. Good hotel if using as a base.

Overall my stay was great it felt like home thr view from the 36 floor was stunning wish the balcony was open though it wouldve been a plus plus i was supposed to stay at adagio but i got transferred to its sister hotel novotel plus i was given an upgrade which was absolutely generous of them! Breakfast was a little lacking it can be improved i expected more for paying 55 aed for example a more cheese and fruits variety platter the egg station needs improvement the omlette that i had was a bit overcooked and the hard boiled eggs were over boiled to the extent the egg yolks turned grey which is very dangerous in terms of health. Also Ive been to other places which provided better and more options for a cheaper price for some reason the toilets after using them on our first arrival started to have a disturbing smell i guess there was somthing wrong with the drain same thing happened when we were walking down the back entance of the hotel there was a funny smell as well but i guess it got resolved at the end Staff members were very helpful, welcoming, and friendly and the location of the hotel is very strategic there are a number of serivce shops and restaurants around and of course mall of the emirates thus I would recommend family and friends to stay at novotel for sure as my stay was pleasant!

Very good size apartment, reasonably clean, check-in is quick and easy, staff very friendly. The only problem is one of the bathroom has a terrible odour from the floor drain, it was improved after we called maintenance.

Friendly staff, but other than that very average and forgettable experience. Dated interior. Uncomfortable pullows. Kitchen has all electric devices you need, but too minimalistic too cook anything really as all smaller devices were missing. In house breakfast can't be recommended either.

Close proximity to a metro and 1 station away from Mall of Emirates. Location has a basic pharmacy and 7-11 and a supermarket.

We have just returned from Adagio Premium Dubai and we had a fantastic stay. All the staff were excellent from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The facilities are great and the apartment is very well equipped and maintained. With 2 swimming pools located on the 7th floor shaded by the surrounding building. The staff are excellent at their jobs as well as being very helpful, polite and always going above and beyond of what we asked. I would like to thank all the staff at the Adagio for making our stay a very memorable and enjoyable holiday.
