I would rate this higher than excellent if possible. The room was very spacious and had all the amenities you could possibly think of. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very close to everything I do in Billings. It’s close to Old Chicago.

Tv, didn't work, the door stuck horribly, the beds were as hard as a rock. The pool was so salty it made my family sick to their stomach.

During these unprecedented times, this hotel is excellent 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ The only note: This hotel holds $20 a night on credit card until day after checkout that was not announced ahead of time.

We reserved the room while driving I90 from WY to MT with poor cell service. Parameters were: 5 people, (2 kids, 3 adults), and pet friendly for a decent price. Thought we'd found that until we arrived. Woman at front desk gave me 3 different rooms, told me since I had a dog I needed to be on the ground floor but because I also reserved a 2 queen with sofa bed she HAD to put me on the 2nd floor. As if it were my problem. Then, she did not tell us the pool was closed (3 prior hotel pools were open) and to top it off, there was a $50 charge for my dog. This was hotel 4 during our trip and the most expensive. They have my cc number, if we'd torn anything up, charge me, but $50 was just over the top. The room was ok. Nothing fancy. Daughter took first shower and the shampoo and conditioner hadn't been refilled. Leads me to believe they probably weren't cleaned for COVID-19, otherwise someone would have noticed they needed filled. When checking out, the gal asked how our stay was and I replied "fine". She asked how it could have been better so I told her my frustrations with the pool and dog fee to which she had just excuses. Not enough help. I should have called ahead. Hello, has she ever tried to make a call east oBillings? I was lucky, or unlucky, to be able to make the reservationFinally, breakfast. It was included and behind the desk. Totally get that but all they had was cereal, oatmeal, and a muffin that the lady who had just scolded me was supposed to serve. Never again

First room i was put into TV wasn't working. Next room i was in i could hear everything above me. Walls are too thin. Incredibly hard to sleep with all the noise
