The room was great and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Isabella was fantastic! However, I booked this room with the hopes of letting my kids swim. The pool comes at an extra charge and is only available to kids in the morning because it is in the spa area. This felt like a bait and switch. The bus to and from the airport was convenient and it was easy to hop on the tram and get to the city center.

The staff is truly what made this place! Isa and Jackie at the front desk were truly kind to my children, myself and all the other guests in the lobby. They were helpful and went above and beyond! The folks in the restaurant and bar were just a great. Everyone was friendly and welcomed us with a smile. My kiddos are already asking to go back!

The hotel is quite nice, room is spacious, it is very close to the metro station. Breakfast is excellent. The small 24/7 shop is a good addition since there aren´t that many restaurants nearby. The only issue was a piece of clothing that went missing from my room, probably together with the sheets. They did not find it nor did they compensate it in anyway (for example a small gift card to the shop due to the inconvenience). But overall a good stay.

I accidentally booked the wrong dates at Corendon New West and realized the mistake almost immediately. I contacted the hotel right away to try to correct it or cancel the reservation, hoping for at least a partial refund or credit. Unfortunately, they refused to offer any kind of solution, it was an honest mistake. I understand that policies exist, but good customer service means being reasonable and understanding especially when someone reaches out quickly to fix a simple error. Instead, I was met with a rigid “no refunds” response and zero willingness to help. This experience left a very bad impression. I won’t be booking with Corendon New West again, and I’d caution others to double-check your dates because if you make even a small mistake, they’ll keep your money without hesitation. One star. Very disappointed.

All good but nothing above and beyond. Checkout disastrous! Seriously everyone has to queue to drop off key and check expenditure? That is what the credit card scan is for. In this day and age I refuse to queue for 20 mins for an overpriced outdated system. I will not stay there again. Also pool doesn’t advertise you have to pay to use or to wear flipflops. So didn’t use.
